Got the job done in the end, but would not recommend the service.Very little communication / updates on anything without prompting, very last minute with all actions. Amongst other issues, we had a specific request that they were solely responsible for (that they knew about from day 1) that I chased repeatedly and then got left until the day before cooling off ended to be actioned, meaning the whole thing wasn't sorted until literally the end of day, on the day it was due.Overall we felt it was an unnecessarily stressful experience, so if you're a first home buyer and want to feel really informed/supported I would not recommend.I do note that post settlement being locked in the person we were dealing with changed over and the second lady was very responsive so it was much better service.*EDIT* Please note within hours of me sharing this review, the staff of JLM have written 2 x five star reviews for this company, so please consider the trustworthiness / ethics of a company does this in response to an honest and balanced review

Do not use this firm. I employed Jamie Gowens to organise the contract of sale of my property. She worked with Ray White Macarthur to distort the sale of my property. She provided unsolicitored legal advise outside of her area of expertise and without any approval from myself . She asked for updates on offers from potential buyers and gave her opinion on family law matters that were out of her area of expertise and were done in cohertion with the real estate agent selling my property to reduce the sale price. Jamie Gowen cost me over $20000 in family law solicitors fees without my consent, she contacted my family law solicitor without my consent or knowledge over fake offers to the real estate agent I had terminated. This resulted in thousands of unauthorised legal fees. If you have experienced any issues with conveyancer, contact the department of fair trading all complaints are kept on record Do a reference check on the conveyancer and do not engage with a conveyancer that works with an agent. Get independent legal advise and read reviews.
