Pendle Dairy Cheese
I have been buying ricotta and feta cheese for many years but over the last two months or so the quality has deteriorated a lot. Watery ricotta with thin consistency. Feta cheese extremely salty and not solid at all. Took a piece out of bucket and fell apart in my hands this is not normal. The lady at counter says it is all “fine”. I may be calling food authority to check this place out

best fresh farm cheese. Baked ricotta is delicious as are the cheeses. So glad I was recommended this place.

I am so very disappointed with their ricotta cheese. Every time I purchase my ricotta it is either 500 grams less or over 200 grams less and so much water drains out of it. I always purchase 2 kilos of ricotta and always end up with so much less. Very disappointing especially how their prices have gone up. Thank you for responding, I have made you aware of this problem and you stated it seems to be a one off occurrence and you gave me an extra 500grams. But I have recently repurchased another two kilo ricotta and when I weighed it was 1.720kilo.
