Not bad, but could do with better and more regular maintenance.The self-serve wash bays have always been ok for me, but the auto-wash bays often seems to have blocked or non-functioning nozzles and the car does not always get an even coat of soap or wax.Also, depending on the car, the brush auto-wash does not properly get the back of the car. Mine was left almost untouched.

Terrible car wash, bays were dirty and one didn’t drain. Two of the self serve bays didn’t work and there were no signs stating so, payment still worked on one but the spray gun was busted. Would not recommend.

Best diy carwash Ive used in Sydney. Go offpeak hours obviously unless you like waiting for a bit (if thats your thing, I dont judge)Never had issues with equiptment and has always been pretty clean

Paid for the super wash which was $23 and didn’t get the rainbow foam and it didn’t clean my tyres. Upsetting because it is on the pricier side.. used the vacuums afterwards and they were pretty good. Miss the scent gun they used to have

Terrible experience and even worse customer service. Used the change machine, it ate my money. Tried to use the self wash, it just took my money and didn’t work.I emailed customer service to let them know what had happened. They said come back in on the weekend to get it sorted, I told them I’m not from Sydney and can’t make it back out that way. I got no response after that. I emailed back saying ‘I guess I just have to wear the cost then?’They said ‘We already replied, don’t be a d#ck’

Such a great place with everything! It even has cloths if you forget yours to dry the car. So many different settings and $6 for 6minutes I reckon is a bargain. I only needed 18mins I think? And I have a 4WD Ute that was filthy with dried mud and my car came out clean as anything.

Bay 3 took the money but won't activate. No one's picking up the phone calls. Have video evidence also. Can you please contact me.*Update 05/08/22 no response to phone calls. The Facebook page doesn't accept messages. After going here for many years I've lost faith. Not recommended. Mechanical maintenance has always been dodgy.

Well, my first time was HORRIBLE!Scratched my car BADLY!It’s very hit N miss,I thought I’d try it again after the scratch episode.The equipment may a been serviced shortly there after.As It did what it was intended to..washed my car.Vacuum has been blocked on near ALL occasions,I use it now as my “Last resort” wash bay*23/6/23 -Been back a few times since and has been nothing but a good result.The brushless wash is not bad,little pricey for what it is,but does the job.

This place is one of the few car washes that that has brushless contact. Imperative for anyone not wanting to damage there car in an auto wash.Premises are clean and prices are reasonable.It is always busy here so expect a bit of a wait unless you arrive at an unusual time.
