Jim and the team from Innovation Air have been excellent with my recent domestic install. Jim is very friendly and professional at all times. We had a custom unit install, and unfortunately received a DOA unit from the supplier. No fault of Innovation - on the contrary - Jim was straight on to it by contacting the supplier and getting the situation sorted in quick time. Would highly recommend Innovation Air. Jim advised, provided and installed a Deakin AC for us. Great professional service with attention to detail, on time, cleaned up after install, and did a very tidy replacement of an older 2.5kw unit including rewiring. All done at a fair price especially for the outstanding service provided. If you need quality professional service this are the guy's to go to.

We had two air conditioning units installed in our house via Innovation Air and the whole experience was great, right from the beginning to the end. Innovation Air were engaged by my builder to finish a partially completed job in 2016. It was encouraging to receive excellent service after a previous contractor started an installation and then decided leave Sydney and not respond to phone calls. Jim assessed what had been installed at that point and what was needed to completed the installation of three large air conditioning units in my home. The quote was provided and I was informed of the expected start date and time frame. Jim and his team completed the work quickly & efficiently and I was provided instructions on how to use the system & clean the filters. Subsequently I received a reminder about servicing the equipment and recently received the same excellent service. Thank you Innovation Air!

HiJim from Innovation Air supplied and installed ducted air con in my house 2yrs ago. Jim was the only contractor to actually quote accurately. Jim got up in the roof space to ensure the ducting would be able to be installed in the extension of our house. Jim’s price was more affordable than my other two quotes and offered more services like extra vents and zones. Jim’s team were polite, punctual and professional. The job was completed in one day.
