Absolute trip of a lifetime ❤️ I did the April 2023 Maldives Trip and I’m not usually a tour group person but somehow they put the coolest groups of people together. I honestly loved my group, tour guide and the tour itself. This trip had everything I could have wanted in a trip. We stayed at 2x local islands Dhigurah and Maafushi. Dhigurah was absolutely beautiful it has the nicest people, perfect blue water, the most amazing beaches which on one side of the island you saw beautiful sunrises and the other sunsets. On the first night we saw the bioluminescence on the sunrise beach, we also did a beach clean up one morning and one sunset we went swimming with a the local turtle straight off sunset beach. We also do amazing activities like swimming with whale sharks, manta rays, lunch on a sandbar, swimming a shipwreck, swimming with hundreds of tawny nurse sharks, dolphin spotting from the boat, optional: scuba diving, outdoor sports/surfing day, resort days and of course free time. Our guides name was Lucas and he was incredible, he went above and beyond to make sure everyone had an amazing experience. Highly recommend looking into doing a tour with this group because I would love to do it all over again

Where do I even begin with my 2023 Maldives tour with Koda Sail? I've traveled with multiple other companies for the last 6 years and I've had many different experiences on tour groups, and honestly, I have loved them all. But Koda Sail RUINED the other tour companies for me - in the BEST way. First of all, it's a smaller company and when you email them, you get a very fast response not just from a general worker for the company but from the owner himself. They will answer any and all questions that you have before and during your trip. Second of all, I loved the smaller group aspect, I'm used to traveling with groups of around 45 people, which can be a little chaotic. I'm also used to an age range of 18-35 year olds, where most of them are more focused on partying than on experiencing the culture of where we're visiting. I'm 34 and the age group that Chris (the owner) has marketed towards has really changed the game for me, as well as traveling in a group of only 20 people. While I love drinking and enjoying myself on vacation, I also love being able to get enough sleep and not feel terrible while I explore a new country the next day. Instead of being one of the older people in the group, I was right in the middle of everyone, and I loved that. Every single person on the trip was open minded and wanted to try every adventure that Koda Sail offered us. Even when we were afraid (ahem..... jumping into water with nurse sharks) we all encouraged each other to try it. And we all did! At first I was sad that the trip was only 7 days long, but when I tell you they pack every single day full of every adventure possible, I mean it. In one day alone, we swam with sting rays, swam with nurse sharks, we scuba dived around a shipwreck, and then swam up and had lunch on a sandbank in the middle of the ocean. By day 7, I was exhausted, fat, and happy. 7 days was more than enough. I can't even begin to describe the once in a lifetime activities that we did every single day. Not only were the activities life changing, but so was our tour manager, Lucas. He was so helpful, fun, and knowledgeable about everything about the Maldives, you could tell he really loved this place and he wanted to share it with us. We loved Lucas like family by the time we left, and again, only in 7 days! I did go with a group of friends but if you're a solo traveler and you're thinking of booking, do it. It doesn't matter if you know anyone when you get there, by the time you leave, you will be family. The accommodations were great, the islands we visited and stayed at were so interesting (Maafushi was my favorite!), but nothing will beat the underwater adventures that take place daily. I will literally never forget this trip and I cannot recommend Koda Sail enough. I will be booking another trip next year!!!!

The most spectacular holiday I have ever had.The mixture of local, underwater and once-in-a-lifetime experiences with Koda Sail. This trip included things I would never imagine doing myself, swimming with Manta Rays (whale sharks eluded us), snorkelling in an actual shipwreck, being encouraged to get closer to some nurse sharks in order to get some great photos, doing an introductory dive, watching others take photos with stingrays (absolutely not for me). Making some great new friends, all in 7 days.The tour leader Lucas was amazing, involved everyone in the group got everyone’s photos along the spectacular journey, organised and planned in the background with the locals.Epic, spectacular, would love to do it again!Some hot tips if you are considering this;Take an underwater camera.Take more USD than you think.Always pack a cover up in your day bag.Wear a ridiculous amount of sunblock, if you think it’s enough, add more.Don’t freeze in photos, it’s more than likely a video.Be ready to have your mind blown with the best trip of your life.33yo F. This trip was amazing in every way! I’ve been on multiple tours with other companies as well as with Koda sail, along with solo travel, and traveling with friends. This was one of the most fun trips I’ve been on! Bucket list adventures every day. It was a great mix of activities and chill time. The organization and pacing of everything was top notch. It was surprising how nice the accommodations are and all the included excursions at this awesome price point. If you’re thinking about going on this trip, you absolutely should!

Recently I returned from an amazing boat trip in Croatia ⛵ with Koda Sail. I have to say it was one of the best trips I ever had! 7 nights on the boat with daily stops at different islands in Croatia. Many different activities that we could choose such as cycling, rafting, wine tasting and others and all that together with a great group of people I met on the boat. Highly recommend it to people traveling alone, as a couple or even with a group of friends :) Thinking to join them also on they trip to Maldives and maybe Turkey next summer! Btw Internet was working good whole time so I could even do some work during the trip :)

This tour is absolutely amazing! Koda Sail gave amazing instructions before the tour and after we found our tour guide at the dock, the rest was history! It was the most care-free I’ve felt on an adventure and it was so fun to be on a boat with 38 others who became sweet friends by the end of the trip! 10/10 would recommend and would book again with Koda!

An absolutely incredible experience and would recommend a Koda Sail cruise to anyone who is looking for a stress free, adventurous and value packed week.Chris, Lucas and the teams, enthusiasm & organisational skills were world class and the logistics of the trip were designed in such a way where there was the perfect blend of relaxation, fun and socialising.By the end of the trip I felt not only relaxed, but excited and inspired to book another trip with Koda and create yet another set of amazing memories and friends for life.

Best week! Absolutely loved my Turkey cruise with KodaSail. I traveled solo and the group I was with was so much fun. We were 10 people which is a great size to get to know everyone. The boat was fantastic with plenty of space to lay around in the sound & shade. The stops in various coves allowed for fun dips in the water during the day and often also before breakfast. Best way to start the day. The entire cruise was such a luxury as we even had a private chef on board that cooked delicious meals from scratch every day. The rest of the crew was also super friendly and attentive. I never thought I would be able to afford a trip like this. The days were structured perfectly with plenty of time to chill on the boat/water but also offered activities one could participate in like hikes, bars, diving, kayaking etc. Really enjoyed my time with KodaSail and can not recommend them highly enough. I am already looking into the Maldives tours. ❤️ (communication beforehand was also super easy and fast with Chris via email as well as IG)

We took the Koda Sail Northern Exposure Croatia tour back in August 2022. It was an extremely positive experience and would recommend Koda Sail to anyone. Both Chris and Lucas were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgable hosts and tour guides. The accommodations on the boat exceeded our expectations so we were extremely pleased with that. We also had very positive experiences with the crew on board the boat. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the tour stops as well. There were ample swim stops which we really enjoyed. Overall, a very positive experience and we would highly recommend.
