The experience here is really bad!We didn’t get what we paid for ( ABSOLUTELY STEALING PEOPLES MONEY ) Definitely not booking it ever again.Reason being the room allocated to had broken toilet, non-working AC, mold on walls and the paint on the walls were chipping off. STAY AWAY

Excellent overnight stay for our family. Room was impeccably clean and had good supplies like soaps, shampoo, tea and coffee, bikkies, plus extra pillows or blankets if needed. Fluffy towels and comfy beds! Bathroom was spotless and contemporary. Thanks to a lovely guest kitchen, we were able to get takeaway meals from town and comfortably spread out to eat them there. It, too, was perfectly clean and well stocked. We were very pleased we booked here and would stay again.

When we arrived the room was flooded- water had leaked all over the bathroom and spilled onto the carpet so it smelt. The worker there was condescending, abrasive and rude. He moved us to another room which we appreciated but he was very aggravated about it which reflected in how he treated us. I went to order breakfast and didn't realise there was a cutoff time. He agreed to order it still but said you need to pay for it you know

THE CRANKY GUY EVERYONE ELSE MENTIONS IS NOT THE OWNERWhat can I say, Stayed twice in January. First night not too bad but was told by the cranky (no customer service manager) that he had no time to assist me over the phone with internet because he had 50 ther guests. A few days later on return we checked in and went to dinner. Came back an the AC had dripped water out all over the counter and wet papers, car keys and laptop. Went over to advise - Was accused and advised in a harsh tone it was my fault as I had the AC too low (It was on 21 and we had not adjusted it). I got annoyed and swore saying forget it then, went back to the room and he followed me telling me to vacate in 10 minutes. He stood at the door swearing and yelling until my wife said she would call the police as she was frightened. We did not vacate as we had paid in advance. That night I set up towels and rubbish bins to catch the water and it produced at least a litre as it was hot out and humid. Some people are not cut out for customer reception.

I would not stay here again, the owner is very rude and arrogant, place is very run down, room smell like mould. The bed was saggy, mattress smell urine, bed sheets smell like a sweat, terrible !Very noisy, next to busy street so you can hear the traffic. Stay away from this place !

Everything was comfortable, easy and exactly as described.Rooms much bigger than at Ibis! Having a kitchen and dining room available for guest use was a massive bonus, I ended up working in there for the day as it was a light, bright space with big windows and a view to the water. Bonus points for that.

Nice hotel just out of Nambucca Heads. It's quiet and whilst the rooms are a little small they are well stocked with cooking gear, airy and nice and clean. A bit too far to walk to the shops. Owners are nice and friendly.

A great night sleep . The rooms clean , and the service was great as well . A very pleasant stay , close restaurants & cafes .It had a great view in the morningLove to stay a bit longer to explore the place .

Do not stay here if you are coming for a holiday for 2 or more days and don't bother trying to ask reception for help or anything except a bad attitude.We had our own ensuite, but when you open that door up you smell sewage, and it goes through your room and stinks, everytime you open the door it stinks.Then there were the smaller things, syringe packagings on the ground at the entrance to the rooms, bins were full in the bedroom and were never emptied, and the outside ones were over flowing, rubbish was flying around the car park all over the place, bedding was not stripped (if you stay for 2 days or more apparently your bedding is changed every day ) our room was not cleaned and never vacuumed, mini bar was not restocked, tea and coffee were not restocked, the receptionist was very rude.
