Screen protector on my S21 Ultra lasted 3 months. I paid $40 for it.Went back to see them. Told that there's no warranty and that someone had been picking it. I've never once picked it. Guy at the counter wouldn't replace it, but continued to lift the screen protector even further.What an absolute joke to not even get 3 months out of the product.

Amazing service and a great price for my iPhone XS screen replacement. I had to bring it back because of the proximity sensor and they were fantastic - no arguments, just fixed it (and replaced the screen protector). Highly recommended!

The most appalling service by the manager. A few weeks ago I bought a tablet case from a young lady who worked there. It was an ipad case but was told it would still fit my son's samsung tablet. I asked her if I could get the receipt and bring it back for a refund if it didn't fit and she said that would be fine. It doesn't fit so I came back today to get the refund. I was denied and told that I was basically lieing about being told about the ipad case fitting a Samsung tablet. It was most definitely what I was told even though I was sceptical hence why I asked for a receipt and if I could bring it back for refund if it didn't fit. He was so rude to me (the manager") and after alot of arguing he did finally refund me but he threw the money at me! Literally threw it at me! I couldn't believe it. I work in retail myself and I would never treat a customer this way. Disgusting attitude and service. You should be so ashamed of yourself to treat people this way. It was a simple refund and you knew I was in the right hence why you did refund me but your poor ego and attitude couldn't accept it so you threw the money at me!! Unbelievable!"

I walked up to the counter today needing my iPhone screen replaced they started immediately, quoted $80, had it ready in 30 minutes as promised, then offered a $5 discount because I am a repeat customer (I bought a phone case from them last week - and they threw in a pop socket for free). They checked phone/camera operation before and after with me to ensure I was happy with the job they had done and to ensure everything was working as it should. These guys offer a lifetime warranty on the replacement screen. I've found the team at Whizztel to be professional, not pushy/salesy, fast, and very generous with their advice and pricing.

Super lovely people, fantastic customer service. They fixed my iPhone XR with a lifetime warranty. Best prices compared to other places in the store. 10/10 when I break my phone again, I will be back.

This was the 4th mobile shop I approached in North Lakes today, and I'd almost given up getting my Oppo Renno Z fixed any time before Christmas, let alone find a case for it (nobody stocks these these days).But lo and behold this shop had the parts and the case in stock, and it was all fixed in less than an hour, at a good price.
