Took some car seat covers, purchased from elsewhere, into John and his staff for some amendments. They did such a fantastic and professional job and did exactly what I asked for. They were very easy and friendly to deal with. Would 100% recommend John and his staff to anyone who needs any upholstery work.

I have a vehicle where the manufacturer didn't import dash mats (Jeep Grand Cherokee). Neither did the auto parts outlets. Universal measured the dash up and had a perfectly fitting and professional looking dash mat installed 5 hours later. The price was excellent as well. Great professional business to deal with.
