We contacted Len for a quote for vinyl planks in the kitchen and carpets for 4 bedrooms which certainly beat our expectations. When we were ready for the laying to be done it was a matter of days and the work was completed by some of the nicest tradies we have worked with, very experienced and very neat with the finished product, they cleaned up and even took away the old carpets; very professional.Our experience with Carpets by Design has been exceptional, I can only recommend you give them a try.

He kept me informed & the team turned up when he said they would. They did an excellent job. They moved the furniture , vacuumed & returned the rooms back to exactly the way they found them. We have used Carpets by Design on previous occasions and they are always amazing. With our new house, they gave us incredible service. Len helped to chose the right carpets for us while the house was under construction. He is highly skilled with subtle colour differences and the textures and wear of different types of flooring. He selected carpets that look perfect in our new house. Carpets by Design even stored the carpets for us for over 6 months in their warehouse while our building project was delayed. Brent did an amazing job installing and left the rooms vacuumed and absolutely clean. I highly recommend Len and the team.

At last I have got around to having my 3 bedrooms re-carpeted by Len and his team (it's over 2 years since their last visit), and as expected, the job has been done in a timely and efficient manner; everything went like clockwork and I am chuffed to bits with the results. Many thanks to Brent and Neville for their great efforts today. :)
