Best salon I have ever been to!!!Jessica was amazing did exactly what I wanted and made my whole visit an experience, very gentle and friendly gives the best scalp massages I have ever had ! My colour turned out better than expected I finally found a salon I can stick to :)

Had extensions colour cut and blow dry best hairdresser in Sydney. Very warm staff great hairdressers. Very happy

I went in for a consultation for Keratin with Kate with the intention of getting it done. After speaking about my hair needs we decided I may be better trying some deep conditioning treatments first. My hair has never looked and felt so healthy, Kate was honest about the best time to get Keratin done and I appreciated her dedication to customer service. She was professional and lovely to speak with during my appointment , I will continue to book anything hair related for myself now with Kate !

My first visit to this place and I was pleased with the service. I only intended to get a wash and style cut but ended up getting a blow dry as well.My hairdresser was Charlotte and she was good, Friendly, and listened to my requirements. I liked the products she used on my hair so I ended up buying them as well.I will continue to go to this place and hopefully they will continue to look after my hair.

Got my Tragus piercing done,,,girl who did was she was the best as I had one done elsewhere months ago and I’m still having issues with.Rest of the girls were really friendly too.Highly recommend lidcombe shop.

Some disgusting lady answered my call her tone and sarcasm was ferrel didn't even continue with my inquiry! Fire that h o e ! Lost the shop a 400 dollar job!!!

Not a good caring hair salon. Main colourist doesn’t do her job properly and they wanted to charge me to come back and fix what I wasn’t happy with after having to call them back multiple times.

My mum and I got the Alfaparf Keratin treatment - $390 each and it was overall a horrible experience + the treatment made our hair more coarse then what we began with.We are repeat customers at the Lidcombe Hairhouse Warehouse branch and have had this treatment done five times with them now. From the get go we were quoted $350- $390.Then when we got there for our appointment they told us it would be $450 as they were INSISTING its been a year since we last did our hair which was not the case. They gave every excuse under the sun to justify the price at $450. Only after we said we would show them the receipt from our last booking made in October 2022 did they go back to their system and said we were in face correct, and they had misread the American date format and then honoured the price at $390 each.Kate is the person we booked with, however despite the booking being with her she did not apply the treatment and left it to her 18 year old colleague to do both of us alone.After the first wash, noticing how coarse and frizzy BOTH our hair were, we called them within 6 days of the treatment to ask if there is anything that can be done since its been less than a week. The manager Jess basically called us liars and said we probably wet the hair or used fake products, again any EXCUSE to not assist us and being rude to top it. Why would a regular customer call in a week unless there was definitely an issue? And rather than trying to help fix it the attitude was reckless and unprofessional.This treatment isn’t cheap, we haven’t had a single issue with it up until this time and the poor customer service really screwed the experience from start to finish. Obviously they don’t care to lose out on regular clients- highly recommend going to Wetherill Park Stocklands Hairhouse Warehouse branch, the team is very professional and was helpful when we turned to them after this issue.
