Pepper Pizza Willoughby

This is actually a pizza chain, and that is reflected in the pizzas. The menu has some interesting sounding pizzas, but in reality they are fairly generic. Bases are quite nice. Garlic prawn pizza was lacking in both garlic and prawns and though I appreciate prawns are expensive, it was not good value. The spicy Mexican was not spicy and had only minimal topping, again not great value at $22 each. We ordered online and then found a sign outside saying any pizza $18, so maybe order instore.I don't mind paying their prices for a quality pizza, but I would consider the product more 'budget'. They did supply some tiny containers of spicy sauce, but not enough to adequately uplift the pizzas. We probably won't return, as Domino's is cheaper and of similar quality.

Never order off Menulog!! I ordered at 6.50pm and estimated time was 7.45pm. The app kept saying waiting for driver" so I called the restaurant at 7.50pm and they said that the order was ready however there was no driver to collect it and it was "erratic" so they couldn't tell me how long it would be. At 8.40pm my order status hadn't changed so I called again and they said that there was still no driver. After 50 mins

We ordered this through Uber Eats. It was delivered very quick. The pizza quality was great.

Worst pizza restaurant ever.I would love to give them -10. Ordered super veggie pizza which says pizza have so many veg toppings and pesto sauce on top. First time when I recieved pizza the pizza came only with basic veggie that’s onion capsicum, mushroom and spinach, I complaint and when I ordered second time same pizza I called to restaurant and reminded them that last time pizza was missing veggie and sauce, the person answered call was not ready to listen what I m trying to say. My delivery time was 10:56 I called restaurant at 10:50 they said delivery driver left. I tried calling them again at 11:15 as I didn’t receive by that time they stopped answering calls and the pizza arrived at 11:25 with same basic toppings as we get in domino’s for $7 why we pay $22 for pizza when we get same toppings. They are ripping off customer mentioning lots of different vegetables toppings on pizza and deliver them pizza with basic toppings. I am going to complain in fair trade as this happened twice and the person works there is super rude.

A regular favourite when we are looking to treat ourselves or when we can't be bothered cooking. Pizzas are consistently delicious. The ETA for orders is also accurate and and consistent. Pricing is good. A good local pizza shop. Will continue to return.

I want to give 2.5 stars rather than just 2 because I did enjoy the 3 pizzas we tried (they all tasted good & I like thin crust) but suffered a severe dry throat that night & all the next day! So dry, I woke up during the night feeling like there was a lump in my throat & I had to drink copious amounts of water to be comfortable enough to get back to sleep. Maybe it was a one off since the majority of the reviews are good, but personally, I won't be having pizza from here again any time soon.
