Stunning new clinic with an incredibly professional and attentive service.

I have no problem with my podiatry treatment. The staff are nice and chatty, however on initial arrival all patients are requested to sit outside on the chairs in picture shown with foot traffic passing by. This is very unprofessional and does not show due respect to the patient. An elderly lady left soon after I arrived with the aid of a walking frame. Did she have to wait outside as well? Just imagine that!Management needs to take this on board and find a solution to wait inside.

My mother who is in her 80s recently went there and had to sit outside in the heat while she waited and was very unhappy about this. I think this is totally appalling and a form of elder abuse.
