Wanted to move away from to a new ISP and provided the required 30 days notice just to have my internet connection off prematurely leaving me with no internet

Worst internet service ever and the customer support not responsive. I wanted to cancel my account, they also don't cancel it and they upsell their product. Please never opt for this internet service, as you can see from the reviews.

If only I could give 0 as a rating. Beyond Ridiculous service / waste of time/ no customer service. Got told the broadband will be installed on a certain day/time( waiting time was 10 days).Guess what no one showed up or NO follow up call or an email was sent. Called for an update on the same day as we were waiting , to find out the job wasn’t even lodged/sent to start off with no wonder no one turned up. We waited for 2 weeks for nothing.Please sign up with them if you liked to be mucked around. Looks like they only specialise in that field.

Consistently bad. We've moved suburbs, having never even knowing last providers name as no issues I'm pretty much on speed dial and first name basis to these guys with internet dropping out usually on Friday and Saturdays. Was hijacked by a slick salesman under pressure while in as moving house car thinking husband had asked to change providers. So bad. Do not join. Going back to previous provider. When I find out what their name is!!

I've received my modem but cannot set it up to due to technical problems. I cannot reach the support team and I just wait on hold for ages. I don't like this customer service.

Worst. Bad. Irresponsible Home internet service ever. 3 years they still yet to respond to my home phone problem. Customer service worst than any industry. Lazy company making out of innocent clients without effort. Don’t go with them.

Connecting the modem was nightmare. I had to reset my modem after calling the tech support. Even after the connection it is terribly slow. Fun fact is, I am using mobile hotspot to log this comment while keeping so called 50 Mbps download speed. Not recommend at all.

Bad customer service I sign up with them 2 weeks ago they told me it only takes 24 to 48 to get the internet , after 2 weeks I still got no internet , they don't know what they doing at all!!!!!!!

I should admit that the customer service is not bad. But the internet service is terrible. I have used many companies but none as bad. Their technical team were once actively trying to sort out the issues and the internet seemed to be fine during that time. But as soon as I said everything looks fine and they were off the case, it went down.

Been with the company for 1 month and experienced multiple issues. Firstly was told that NBN was ready at my property, however after moving in there was no NBN connection and had to wait for someone to connect it. Had big issues with internet speeds, was on the standard plan which is more than suitable for my needs, however I was getting between 10-30 mbps instead of advertised 50, even when I was the only one connected. Called multiple times for help and was told to send screenshots of my internet speed and they will get back to me the next day, however didn't hear back from them for almost a week. I needed internet for work and was unable to work because of these issues. DONT RECCOMEND if you actually need to use your internet lol
