Warning: Beware of this Real Estate Agency!My experience with this real estate agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. I felt compelled to share my story to protect others from going through the same ordeal.Firstly, the property I rented had numerous cracks both internally and externally, posing a serious health hazard. Shockingly, the real estate refused to address or repair these cracks, despite the risks they posed. To make matters worse, there was mold present inside the built-in wardrobe, affecting not only our belongings but also the overall habitability of the house. Despite our pleas, they were unresponsive and showed no willingness to reduce the rent or take responsibility for the dire situation.Living beside the kitchen became a daily struggle for my family, including my one-year-old son. We were constantly sick, experiencing sore throats and persistent coughing. My son, in particular, had difficulty breathing at night, leading to countless sleepless nights and tears. Multiple visits to the doctor confirmed that our living conditions were the root cause of our health issues.Despite my professional expertise as a certified cleaner with years of experience in the industry, the real estate disregarded my advice and the recommendations provided in the building inspection report. Instead of properly fixing the cracks as suggested, they simply applied silicone, which only exacerbated the problem. Even a contractor alerted that the house was a health hazard and should not be leased, but they turned a blind eye, prioritizing full rent over tenant well-being.I cannot stress enough the importance of being cautious when dealing with this particular real estate agency. They demonstrate a complete disregard for their tenants' health and safety, ignoring professional advice and failing to address serious issues within their properties. Renting from them means taking a significant risk, as they are more concerned with their own financial gain than the well-being of those they are supposed to serve.Please, for your own sake, steer clear of this real estate agency and find a trustworthy and ethical alternative. No one should have to endure the physical and emotional toll that my family and I experienced while under their care. Your health and safety should always be a top priority when selecting a rental property and dealing with a real estate agency.

Absolutely disgraceful behavior from this real estate agent charging us money for the rising damp in the property because the paint's peeling off the house which is over 100 years oldWe we called them twice for repairs for a blocked toilet and the oven wasn't working, then subsequently they put the rent up $160!! a week because they said it was costing them too much money for repairsThey also the audacity to charge us for normal wear and tear on very very old house.All they want to do is rip you off so you don't get your BOND back with some ridiculous miscellaneous chargesAbsolute bunch of crooks!!WINNER OF THE WORST REAL ESTATE OF THE YEAR!

Absolutely the worst and most dodgy realestate in earlwood. They will only contact you once it suits them, missed out on rental properties cause of their dodgy dealings through out covid and nsw grants. Shame shame shame. If you want to prove me wrong id be more than happy to to provide all evidence and report your scam. Disgusting.
