Great Dobinson's gear but terrible customer service, asked multiple times for instructions and a picture of where to mount a rear res mount as their were none in the box and after the third phone call they finally responded, after this I sent an email detailing my concerns that a part they supplied did not fit my vehicle, they acknowledged this and said the factory bolts should fit but clearly didn't, and no reply given, had to go to Bunnings and do it myself, after spending thousands on their products.Its simple if the factory part doesn't fit then SUPPLY IT. Also had to contact them for an invoice days after spending 3k on goods, you'd think they would do that automatically...lazyupdate got an apology from the General manager saying they would ship the parts, I declined as I had already done it

Excellent service and customer service.Exceptionally happy with the way by Pajero Sport drives after having Dobinsons install their Suspension lift setup with RRS Shocks and Airbags and Front Upper Control Arms. Changed the whole feel of my Pajero Sport. Would highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else.

My suspension is terrible and not soft feel every bump not happy

Excellent service and product. Staff are great, helpful and accommodating. I was looked while waiting for my car to get done, and was given transparency through the install process.I'll be definitely returning for any and all future suspension alterations.

I purchased a second hand suspension kit that I needed some help with and they were awesome. The MQ Triton lift kit ride and handling is fantastic and they are all Australian parts.

100% reccomend, fitted me in within a week as we are traveling for new hd leafs, was a order from interstate as well.Friendly, knowledgeable, Great work, honest

Wow. Dropped off the pride and joy at 10am. Came back at 4pm. Complete transformation. To say I am pleased would be an understatement. 50ml. Lift but because of failed Ford suspension my car is now seriously off of the ground. Drove 160 km home. Like driving on rails. The professionalism shown by the team at Dobinsons was second to none. Spent thousands on a Bullbar and lift kit install. One of the Bullbar lights stopped working, asked for a replacement. Over 6 months later and following up multiple times still haven’t had any contact. Great products, terrible customer service. Hard to believe they can’t get lights but install Bullbars every day with the same lights.
