I went to Michael as I previously had a security door made by another company which rattled when opening the door. As it turns out, that company came back and fixed the door with a better quality replacement lock. That door is now solid and NO rattles. Michael re-assured me that his doors DO NOT rattle however when the door I ordered with him was installed, it too had a rattle at the top of the door. I contacted Michael to advise that he claimed his doors are solid however he came up with all types of excuses. After several phone calls, he fobbed me off and told me to call the Rep for the company who supplies the locks however I was not able to reach that person. After another call to Michael this morning, he wouldn't listen to my explanations and hung up the phone on me. Michael was very rude and I have never dealt with an owner of a company like him. He has NO people skills and thinks his doors are better than anyone else and is quite happy to criticize other companies. Be aware of this man.

Great company. They made and installed my doors into my older house. One of the openings was fairly difficult but the still did a good job. 3 years later despite 2 large dogs and 2 cats they look as good as new
