I spent $280 for nothing. The lady Rina she did my hair colour and she assured me that she will look after me because I was looking for Reene the lady with dark black hair and she just fixed my hair 2 months ago and I was happy with her services ( she had colour correction my hair and it was expensive but good) and went back because of her then I asked about Reene but the lady Rina with very long hair said you don’t have to worry I look after you) she coloured my hair and I was sitting there for her to do my karatine treatment and she sent other lady she is same like her. She did my karatin in just 2 minutes she put some cream and then go to other customers and didn’t returned back.she didn’t apply product properly on my hair my back hair was looking so bad. And after the treatment she didn’t explain and after care. She just blow dry it on extremely high heat and charged me money I am going overseas that’s why I did the treatment but my hair still looks freeze after 1 day of karatin treatment. I will not going back and don’t recommend this to anyone. Bad service not focused on 1 person just moving around to look for more customers. They don’t care about the service.I should check the reviews before wasting my money.

My wife went to get full colour and blowdry, we were told $130 but paid $240 because got charged $45 for trim and tried to get my wife to buy other products. This is a absolute disgrace of a shop and such a big rip off. Do not go here!!

i went to get a wash, blow dry and trim and i am beyond impressed. Rima blowdried my hair, she was so nice and spoke to me like a friend. she also did an amazing job with my hair. im very happy with the results

I walked passed this place again the other day and curiosity got the best of me to check their reviews. Safe to say that 4 years later, they’re still the exact same with ripping people off. How is this business still running? The owner took advantage of my young self at the time and I wish I fought harder back then to get my money back. I went in for a wash and blow dry and at the time there was a deal for a trim, wash and blow dry for a certain price (it’s been so long I don’t remember the exact pricing but it was advertised around $30-40 from memory) but I had asked how much it’ll be for just the wash and dry as I didn’t need a trim. She gave me a certain price within the $20-$30 range - reasonable. I sat in the chair and she nitpicked my scalp and made me feel bad about my scalp damage due to bleaching at a different salon. She suggested a quick hair treatment that she will put in for me and she never mentioned an additional price. She just said I needed it and did it for me while washing my hair. I thought she was super lovely and generous at this point. She then proceeded to pitch her salon shampoos and conditioners to me and stated that she’ll give it to me at a discounted rate. In the end she charged me around $350 all up !!!!!! Again, don’t remember the exact figures but for example, if it was $342.3 she purposely didn’t say “three hundred and forty two dollars and twenty three cents”. She said “thirty four twenty three” as she punched it into the eftpos machine. She had held it in a way where I couldn’t see the screen and only tapped at the top. (Yes, my mistake here for not checking. No excuse besides the fact that I was young and naive. I’ve checked the eftpos machine before tapping ever since this day. Lesson definitely learned). This number ($34.23) made sense to me considering I didn’t get a trim & she said she’ll sell the shampoo and conditioner to me at a discounted price. Not even an hour after I walked away I checked my bank account and felt sick to my stomach to see I was actually charged $342.3 instead of $34.23. She knew what she was doing. Clearly… just look at the reviews on this business. I asked her for a refund for the shampoo and conditioners when I went to confront her. They were clearly all sealed still. She refused and rudely said that it’s not possible to refund me at all cause I paid by card. Such a nasty thing to do when I was just telling her in the chair not even an hour before that I’m actually at the shops to do Christmas shopping and that I’m actually quite short on funds for that particular year but I’m really trying. Her entire demeanour changed from when she was scamming me to when I went to confront her. It was like 2 different people. Please avoid this place at all costs.

I absolutely love getting my hair done with nesrine and stuff! I always look forward to my appointments as I know I can rely on them and they really look after me and my hair.i would never go anywhere else.

I went in on 15/4/23 at around 1 pm. They were fairly busy so I asked the bearded guy at the counter if I could get a trim. I am very particular about my hair trims because I have curly hair and i have very fine and thin hair. I was asked to wait for a few mins, which I was more than happy to do.I was then served by this older man with a big belly and a balding head. I didn’t want to assume he didn’t know what he was doing, so I showed him some pictures I had googled on how I wanted the trim, or whatever he thought would be good for me since I wanted some volume.He said, all good I’ll get started.He proceeded to cut my already thin hair at my forehead from about 10 inches long to about 3 inches. It shrunk further when it curled so I had a 1-inch looking hair stub around my forehead.He then took random clumps of hair and proceeded to cut them with absolutely no planning.By the time he was done, I was speechless. I hate confrontation so I paid and went home and had a good cry at the mess.I then had to go to another hairdresser to get the mess fixed. I have no intention of going back there. If they didn’t have slots available, they could have told me so rather than ruining the little hair that I actually have.

Wish I saw how poorly rated this salon was before coming here. They told me it was $60 for wash and blowdry. Asked for a little trim and knew it would be additional costs. However, I paid $100 with platinum styling as an additional cost? when they did not make me aware it was not apart of the treatment and they had it done anyway. They pretty much scam you by adding additional services without you knowing which is unfair. Could not even debate the price as I felt overwhelmed and dismissed, all I got was an “eh sorry”. Don’t go here.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! If I could give a 0 star, I would. Rude and unprofessional staff. I wish I read the reviews before taking my 15yo daughter here. All she wanted was a haircut, we got quoted $37. I left her to walk around with my 6yo son and when she finished, was told she got charged $65. They basically added services she didn't want. They said they had to straighten her hair to see if the cut was even. I went back to complain and the rude man at the front said, u need to tell your daughter to stop lying coz she asked for these.. we asked her and she said yes to include these services. They prey on people and included services you don't want so they can charge extra. Going to file a formal complaint to Fair Trading!!!!

Amazing my hair hasn’t been this healthy in a long time they treat and colour great service is exceptional and my kids receive great cuts wash and blow dry
