My dog came out looking fabulous!He was happy, smelt wonderful and was excited to see me..I bought some toys and the toys were cheaper than in a supermarket or pet store.His bath and clip was very reasonably priced.Have rebooked for his next appointment

My dog was extremely distressed when we collected her. I have never seen her so shaken.After speaking to other locals, quite a few people reported similar experiences. I will never ever take my dog here again. I get the feeling she was handled very roughly. She is a small sweet and loving soul.Extremely disappointed with the service.

We had our Maltese groomed here today and we over the moon with the service and how she looked. Our little miss isn't fond of being groomed and can be a handful so we are very grateful for how they looked after her. Highly recommend this business!

4 years after my first review and the team at Ballarat Doggie Salon have only gotten better.Had my elderly father pick up my dogs after last grooming, The girls took the dogs to his car, helped load them in and waited for him to lock them in before going inside. Brilliant!Excellent service.Our Aussie shepherd has come back looking amazing.Staff were very nice to deal with and asked what we wanted.

ok first i gotta gush about carmen for a bit. she knows so much about animals, she's attentive of a pets behaviour as she grooms, she manages the whole business with ease and grace, and shes incredibly kind, helpful, friendly, and all around brilliant at her job. shes so cool!!!i recently brought my dog in for a wash, not just a nail clip, and they were kind enough to fit me in during a busy time. no matter who tends to her, my dog is always well taken care of here! was able to do some shopping, and come back to pick up my freshly cleaned baby! she received a complementary treat :)love u guys so much

Good place to maintain your doggie needs. The 'No Probs' lady is the best for her service & communication. Totally recommend this place to anyone.
