Terrible service, the asian lady that served me didnt speak properly and made me feel far more intent on killing myself... the chicken tasted like it was fresh out of the microwave and wasnt even seasoned, the lettuce was darker than the average kfc customers. Im also feeling a little SUSSY about the mayonaise as it tasted a little bit silly UwU

We travelled through Emerald on the 18th of February on our way to Brisbane. Ended up blowing one tyre and almost another so had to stay in Emerald till Monday to get 2 tyres fixed. We love KFC so thought we'd go there for dinner. Got told they had no chicken left an hour before closing. So left and went elsewhere.Came back through a month later on our way back after a disastrous trip and went back about an hour and 45 minutes before closing only to be told they only had tenders, spicy chicken pieces and burgers. So we ordered a spicy box and 2 tenders boxes. Food was half cold when we got it, tenders were stupidly small, my brothers spicy bo was supposed to have 3 pieces of chicken, it had one. The chips were cold and way over cooked.The inside tables were all dirty and one of the girls was carrying around a bowl of fresh chips using her shirt to hold the bowl because it was hot which seems very unhygienic. Will not be going back again.

Very slow, no care.. if you've got people waiting for an order parkand its lagging park them up rather then making people wait 10min + in drive through, ordered dinner for my family, asked the girl if its all in there only to find out food is missing when I got home, called the store no answer

Food was so delicious - chicken & chips were impeccable. Ionna was absolutely amazing and stunning as usual. The girl who handed out my food, Tina, was friendly and had a huge smile on her face.Would very much recommend to my friends and family; absolutely gorgeous restaurant and dare I say the best in all of Australia. Keep it up, KFC Emerald!

Ordered 2 origal cheese and bacon burger meals Large, I get home and they have given me 2 spicy cheese and bacon meals, young blonde hair staff member has a laugh about it to the kitchen staff I don't get any apologies at all, went to explain to the young blonde hair girl that was on shift , that very lucky my son did not eat that burger , he is allergic to spicy food, and she didn't not want to hear anything I had to say!!!this is why customers want what they order don't just put what ever on it as you are out of stock!!!Staff need to be train how to treat there customers

1 star is 7 too many, whole pallet of chicken left glistening out in the sunshine for at least an hour. Staff didn't care...RUDE.

Terrible service. Bought a zinger box, only for them to tell me they had no wicked wings. Alright, so I asked for tenders and only got one tender compared to 3 wings which is significantly less. Went back in store for them to say oh we only put one in or a piece of chicken, I asked for more since I paid for more and they wanted to take the tender away. Absolutely stingy and terrible service. Basically overpaid and got less
