The young man repairer is outstanding, best service the chair has had, polite very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. But good luck in getting him out, Kate poor knowledge despite stating this is urgent i got the stood up and went through hell trying to order parts the week prior to Xmas fully paid for and then again stressing its urgent she refused to book it asap. I asked over 5 times to speak to manager, but Kate refuses to allow you. No complaints service. Called back on Kates day off and Erica immediately assisted me and suddenly had a available appoint the next day, something constantly denied by Kate. Jan does not follow through on orders or emails and then refuses to speak to you when you cant get your parts. But i was told I’m unhappy customer, despite having to deal with this just to get serviced urgently does that to someone. If you can get a booking on Kate’s day off, the service man is outstanding. And highly recommend him.
