Tristan installed 2019 a new hearth, flue, decorative flue and chimney to my existing fireplace, as he adviced me after inspection it wasn’t installed legally from the owner before me. He was very helpful, professional and even helped me with a kitchen tap (which wasn’t planned) forward one year, we had a heavy rain period and I had water coming through the flue on to the combustion place. I called him and he asked me to text him the address and he will come out. Nothing happened, covid hit and I sort of waited longer, as I thought, due to lock downs etc. fair enough. In that time rain kept coming through and I tried to clean and paint it every summer to prevent the rust getting worse. I again contacted him this year and asked if he please can come out to look what’s going on, as there is rust everywhere and I don’t know what to do. Again he asked me to send details including pictures, which I did. No response, after messaging a few times and calling with no response, I had another installer come and have a look. He advised me, that Tristan installed the wrong flashing and wrong size flue, hence water getting through. He also advised me NOT to use the fire place anymore, as too much rust is in the actual fire place and it could be dangerous. Very disappointed in Tristan’s lack of taking responsibility and He is giving me no other choice than taking legal actions now, a road which could have been avoided and I don’t like to take necessarily

Tristan did three jobs at my property on Thursday. By lunchtime Saturday I had received six emails and two text messages from Tristan telling me my payment was overdue.I made payment on Sunday only to discover the following Tuesday (the first time the dishwasher was used) that the connection is leaking water. I have emailed and messaged Tristan over the last week and Tristan is refusing to respond other than to confirm he will not be back to make the repairs. I have now contacted another plumber to fix. Photos attached.Reply to your recent response:I too have a family and bills to pay. Since you refused to even take return to look at the problem, I had to pay an additional $273.72 for a new dishwasher hose, and $300 for a second plumber. The dishwasher is now working fine. Everyone makes mistakes and you were paid for work that wasn't done properly.

We had removed our old wood heater to allow for an upper addition, and bought a new one for a later install. Little did I know the adventure that would bring trying to find someone to do that.Then we got referred here.Helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Fully satisfied with the work on what was obviously a pretty complicated job.

Vital Flow Plumbers arriving on time for my appointment were polite, professional and swiftly replaced my toilet with a new one, Even the installation was not without issues due to existing toilets flange connection to sewer was originally poorly done incorrectly and leaking through foundations but the Vital Flow Plumbers also repaired the existing fault and installed my new toilet perfectly down to the colour and finish of the grout.
