Was concerned it might be noisy as it is located on 2 busy roads but was pretty quiet in the room. Nice decor comfy room. Had buffet breakfast in restaurant nice restaurant. The restaurant wasn't open on the Saturday night we were there so that was a shame so we did Uber Eats!

Considering the regional town where this hotel is located, international hotel is quite a nice hotel overall. Didn’t like the attitude of the receptionist - very surly and unwelcoming. The hotel room was a standard room with reasonable amenities. Disappointingly, they charge for bottled water. Buffet breakfast was considered quite expensive for the limited range of food. Overall, wasn’t disappointed but wasn’t impressed either

Comfortable room . But only 1 face washer provided for a twin room. If one person has to get something from the car, and takes the pin card, the room is plunged into darkness, as the lights are run by the card. The coffee cup was dirty with chocolate stuck on the side of it .... decided to get my disposable cups from the car..... Wouldn't come back.

Beautiful place to stay, just a little out of town to walk for us, but if your fit would good.Had dinner in the restaurant so nice the steak was great dessert was great.We liked that the chief came and asked us if it was all ok.Would stay there again and dine there again .

Good, clean hotel. Refurbished rooms with up to date furnishings & well appointed.Service was good with plenty of communication. They confirmed prior to arrival, checked what time we were planning on checking in, emailed invoice upon check-in & even sent a follow up after our stay.

What a terrible experience.....Staff rude manager rude and non responsive.Left a real bad taste in my mouth.She did not want to answer the phone the staff were saying she was very busy .She answered after the seventh time.Even when Wotif called to try and resolve the matter she would not answer.Manager is very rude I shall never come back and will tell everyone about my experience.Better luck at a cheap motel than to go to this hotel.You will never get customers this way.I hope with the money you have taken from me you bought yourself something real nice.You and your hotel are just a bunch of fraudulent peopleAnd I hope everyone reads this before they book.Be awareAnd of course no response from management

Very clean. However, price gouged when the town was busy. Prices were equivalent to 5 star hotel in Melbourne or Sydney without five star in house facilities or external amenities within close proximity. Good after hours, check-in facilities.

We had dinner at the Pinnacle's restaurant, and everything was superb. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Special mention to our server Tanya who was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. An added touch was the head chef went around to each table to ensure everyone was satisfied with their meal. On a separate note, the rooms are overpriced!

We arrived quite late after a gruelling 11 hour drive. The person at reception seemed more interested in interrogating us and establishing our identities than assisting us in any way. Apparently the restaurant had closed just 5 minutes before but he made no attempt to see whether some food cpuld still be served. This is in contrast to our previous stay here in April when staff were friendly and helpful.
