Had my tax done here in 2018, in 2021 I recieved a NOA stating my tax was incorrect and had 15 days to pay just under $20,000. During this 15 days I could not ring graeme as his phone was disconnected. I sent about 5 emails that his receptionist replied to saying she would pass them onto graeme but never was able to make an appointment or hear from him. Very poor service and from the bill I recieved also seems incompetent as his trade. I could be wrong but I suppose I'll never know as graeme is uncontactable.
