TINA’S DOG GROOMING

Tina is simply the best! She has been grooming our dogs for the past couple of years, honestly wish we had found her sooner.Our dogs are excited when pulling up and always come out looking amazing.Tina has taken our boy to her dog grooming shows and honestly wouldn’t trust any other groomer.Thank you Tina, we are appreciate you.Sammie ❤️

I communicated the style cut I wanted and it was not executed even though Tina expressed understanding of my requests. I went back a second time in order to give her the benefit of the doubt, I brought to her attention there must have been a miscommunication during the first visit and she seemed eager to provide the service we wanted. I attempted to communicate more clearly including identifying where I did not want hair cut (on the bridge of my puppy's nose). I returned to find the bridge of her nose was shaved down alongside other features we had not asked for. Most concerningly we also returned to find my puppy wearing a shock collar for barking. RSPCA advises it is not illegal in QLD to use shock collars (it is in other states) however it is highly discouraged as it causes harm and does not solve a barking issue. I would have preferred Tina stop the grooming session, I was only 15 mins away and could have collected her very fast if I had been told she was not behaving. My puppy now freeze's up when I put an ordinary collar on, I believe she is traumatised by the experience occurring so young and vulnerable.

Tina did a fabulous job on my old boy's Teeth. They are now beautiful and white. I would highly recommend.Recently following a mouth injury 6 months ago i noticed my old dog (12), teeth started to get very dirty. I spoke to my vet who said due to his age they were not willing to put him under anaesthetic for a non emergency. I spoke to Tina after seeing some amazing transformations of teeth on her facebook page and she said she would have a look. Well we went for an appointment and what can i say i would have paid double for the results she got on his teeth! I never thought they would come thay clean without anaesthetic. Fabulous set up, Great prices and best of all my dog felt comfortable. (He even took a treat from her and usually he is fussy). Tina was amazing - she is a dog whisperer!! Our Luna is a 8 month old groodle who just loves to love people and gets very excited meeting new people. Tina had Luna calmed in seconds. She did such an amazing job with her grooming today (Luna really really needed it!). After having an epic fail having her groomed the first time at a large pet store groomer I was super nervous about how today was going to go. Tina was so amazing! Everyone in the family was so amazed at the great job Tina has done. I will not go anywhere else!! Unsure of where to get your pooch groomed... don't be with Tina - she is super amazing. Thank you so much Tina!

Molly is moving interstate so therefore had a short cut for a comfortable ride while travelling. Thank you Tina, you always do a fantastic job and Molly will miss you. ❤️ I highly recommend Tina as her professionalism shows. Cheers Tina.

Highly recommend Tina, her grooming is absolutely amazing and spot on every time. Tina is very friendly & approachable, and the dogs love her.
