Cute little spot, so disappointing that neither of the ladies working either looked like they wanted to be at work yesterday, or serve customers. Quite a few ppl waiting to be served at different times and none of them happy. May return, not a great first impression or experience.

As an amendment: Osteria responded to our concerns and this is the reason we will stay loyal to their group of restaurants. This I can say is 5 star follow up service.This is one of our favourites spots for dinner, being locals, but their breakfast is shocking. Sourdough toast so cold the butter hasn't melted, in comparison to the other dish we ordered. Bacon that was overcooked and really dried out and overall a cold breakfast. So disappointing and to be honest a very disappointing experience, skip breakfast and go for dinner.

Handsdown the best cafe I have ever been to. Coffee is unmatched. Food is delicious both in the menu and display cabinet. The layout is spacious and greenery everywhere relaxes the mind. The staff are beyond friendly and a joy to speak with. Makes me want to move to Casaurina!!

I was underwhelmed with my meal but everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs. I would eat here again but it wouldn’t be high on my list to return to.

Four of us dined here on Wednesday night for dinner. It was nice to start experience with some Aeprol Sprizters for he holiday cheer. Our waitress was friendly but there often a bit of wait between ordering drinks and food. We tried to cancel our wine because we were just about to finish eating our meals. I appreciate that the resists very full and busy but some extra staff over the holiday period would definitely be worthwhile. The food was alright. I particularly enjoyed the lemon zest on the prawn pizza and the crab bruschetta was light and fresh tasting.

A group of about 20 of us had breakfast here and it was a great venue for it. I had the almond croissant meal and a coffee. I would definitely go back again for breakfast and enjoyed the coffee too!

Gotta love a good afternoon here. The cocktails and the staff are well worth sitting in one spot for a few hours. The food is great to nibble at while you just hang out and unwind. In such an ideal spot. The atmosphere is so comfortable. Although slightly pricier than we had expected I was satisfied with it overall

Excellent food and coffee and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were also extremely friendly. I will be back! We walked here from Santai so if you're staying there you can definitely walk here.
