Quite a wide variety of pool equipment as well as spas which was a surprise.

Joel went above and beyond when a cracked pool pipe became an issue 3 days out from Christmas. Put a stopgap solution out of his work hours and then came by on Christmas Eve to replace the pipe. The store has always been helpful as well when running tests. Thanks again

Adam was able to get on site to our pool when we were away as the pool had been neglected and turned green.3 visits later He has the pool looking crystal clear and has helped us setup a management plan to keep it looking pristine!Really knows his stuff (even magnapool), very friendly and gave me regular updates on the phone.Cannot recommend the Pool Depot Highly enough!

Poolwerx came and did a treatment on my pool water in November 2019. I asked the technician for an invoice to which I was told it would be sent in the coming days.Over the next 4 months, I continually rang Taren Point Poolwerx requesting the invoice to be reassured it would be sent. I even spoke to management who said (in January) that due to all the ash from the bushfires in pools the accounts department was overwhelmed but I would get my invoice soon.In total I asked for an invoice at least 6 times.Now in May 2020 I get a debt collection letter stating I haven’t paid after being asked to!Poolwerx I will never ever use your services again. Not only are you grossly over priced for the work you provide but it is completely unprofessional to behave in this way.

Have been trying to organise a regular pool clean and just useless at being able to contact me back and organise something and generally really unhelpful. I mean easy cash, I can't give it away to you guys. Recommend going elsewhere.

Booked in to have our pool cleaned weeks ago. No one shows up on the day. Called and the next day the guy comes and just puts the salt in the pool and leaves without cleaning the pool. Called them back up and they said they can't get on to any of the cleaners so can't send anyone out and we'd have to wait till next month. Will be canceling contract with them and looking to go with someone else
