Needed a treadmill so I went to my nearest equipment provider. Alex and his staff were very helpful and not only showed some good equipment but were also able to provide hints on how to get fit. Watch out for me in the Melbourne marathon next year!!

Excellent post sales service. I bought an EX59 Horizon Elliptical with Covid closing in as wanted a way to workout at home. On assembly there was a annoying knock on every cycle. Anyways, lodged a service request online where I sent a short video of what was going on with the invoice and a few days later the team turned up and swapped it out with a another pre-assembled unit that doesn't have an issue. Can't fault these guys. Would recommend them to anyone. Great stuff!!

One of the best and friendliest customer service I ever received at this store. Purchased a Cross Trainer last year which has been awesome. Contacted their service department recently for some maintenance advice and they were helpful and friendly. Will purchase from them again.
