Very friendly staff, very fast haircut and looked great! definately go for a good haircut! very popular so if you can call up beforehand it will help you get in at a good time! but walk ins are also accepted for that last minute decision!

I wanted to get my hair done for my son's wedding and they did a wonderful job early 8am Saturday morning. I arrived at wedding early looking good- people commented on my hair. While I'll probably not get my hair like that done again I will definitely come back to them. They're really nice ladies, close to home, hours really great

Unprofessional dealings. A few months ago my mother asked Anna if bookings are recommended, Anna says no need. My mum comes in on a Friday at 9am. 2 workers are with clients, Anna is free. My mum waits to be served, but another lady comes in and Anna takes her in. My mum says nothing. She waits 20 minutes and a worker finishes up and beckons my mum over. Anna tells her no, serve the man who walked in just 5 minutes ago because he had a booking. Worker is clearly confused but does what the boss says. Excuse me? Nobody says anything about multiple bookings that morning. Is that first lady a booking too? You don't just assume someone has that much time in a day to wait until these bookings are done. Where is the communication? That's poor business. Someone should have told my mum it was busy, wait or come back later. If she was upfront about these bookings, we wouldn't have been so upset. We won't be coming back. Don't have a sign saying no booking needed
