Don’t even know where to start with this place! Had an appointment booked and Rosa immediately had a warmth to her that made me feel comfortable with her. The first dress she picked out for me is the dress I said yes to!! She made sure I felt beautiful and comfortable in my dress. Rosa accommodated to my all needs and even picked out the perfect veil and crown for me! Couldn’t have picked a better place to find the perfect dress for my big day! Thank you bridal secrets and thank you Rosa!!!

I am recently engaged and found Bridal Secrets while searching locally for bridal stores. Elizabeth at Bridal Secrets gave me a beautiful first experience while searching for a dress. I had no idea what I wanted in a dress, and so gave minimal suggestions to Elizabeth... still, I felt listened to and she was able to pull out a handful of gorgeous dresses that I fell in love with! Throughout my visit, I received Elizabeth's full attention and her expertise with styling advice has been unmatched. I have since been to one other popular bridal store, and the experience I had there was awful all because of how the stylist treated me. This has only made me even more grateful for Elizabeth's time, knowledge and kindness during my appointment at Bridal Secrets. Thank you again for a lovely experience, and I hope to be back in the near future to say YES to the dress!

Highly recommend.This was our second bridal store to go into. We felt so welcomed. It was a relaxed, friendly and professional experience. We didn't feel rush, pressured and they were very accommodating to trying different styles on.We found my daughter's dress, but did have another 3 appointments so went to those just to make sure but the experience and dress couldn't be beaten.We went back and said 'yes to the dress'

We came to Bridal Secrets after visiting so many stores and by far Bridal Secrets has been the best experience to date. The dresses are beautiful timeless and modern (lots of different styles to try). The staff (Rosa especially) has been so great with helping my sister find THE dress that she said yes to. Wow where do I begin with Bridal Secrets. We were a walk-in having come from a disheartening and disappointing appointment at another bridal store. Straight away Shirley made us feel comfortable and excited again by the whole process. She listened to what I was looking for from my dress while also using her expertise to recommend dresses that would suit my body-type. Shirley pulled a dress of the rack that I probably never would have chosen myself, but when I put it on...it was my dress! It had some of the components that I had mentioned I wanted in a dress, and other components I had not considered but which made it really flattering on my body. Shirley from Bridal Secrets really knows how to dress a bride. It was an absolutely lovely experience. Cannot recommend enough.Great variety of dresses too, from ball gowns with skirts so big you could hide someone underneath them to sleek and fitted silhouettes. And there is a good range of dress sizes too.

I had the best experience at Bridal Secrets. This was the first place I went to. I had such a clear list of what I was not looking for that I didn't think finding my dream wedding dress would be possible on my budget. Elizabeth listened to my list and asked some more questions about my tastes as she selected some sample dresses to try on for ideas. The very first dress Elizabeth gave me to try on was the one! Each dress I tried on after gave me ideas of how I would like to customise my dress so it was even more me. I could not be more pleased with the service I received or the dress I have selected...and all within my budget! Thank you so much for your friendliness and professionalism.
