I have only made online purchases however, even when you contact via phone/e-mail the staff are so gracious and gentle in approach when addressing any questions or concerns. Beautiful dress and quality, quick service , received it next day. Lovely customer service , I forgot to add hijabs and spoke to one of the ladies , she matched the hijab for me and posted everything together . Will be shopping from them again !

I purchased a dress and when I tried it on at home my partner didn’t like the way it sat on me. I don’t live in the area so it took me over a week to go back to ask for an exchange or refund as I am a full time nurse. They refused to refund and had no leniency. I explained the dress was never used and if they could be lenient but they said no. Definitely wouldn’t shop from here again.If they cared about customer satisfaction they would provide more leniency.

My mum purchased a dress from elegance by veil of faith, let me just say, the customer service was amazing. The lady helped us with every dress she tried on, god bless her, the dresses are beautiful!

I have never been so distraught in my life !yesterday night my only brother got married , and my sister whom is closest to him of all hired a dress from here , she had picked up her dress and left it in the dress bag and hung it in the room with the rest of our dresses so it was untouched until the morning of the wedding , comes the morning of we were all getting ready and the zipper of her dress was already Abit broken as she was taking it out of the bag so the dress had been loose on her since the day began fast forward to the reception it completely broke which left her sobbing , she was so embarrassed , uncomfortable and devastated with how she looked for the rest of the night .. come today she’s gone to return her dress and the lady there was so rude she didn’t give her any of her money back (which we understand it is a business ) but that is unacceptable she didn’t even try to helpI wholeheartedly recommend NOT hiring from this place at all.
