Very well maintained holiday house, with lots of little special touches that make for a very relaxing stay. Highly recommended for all ages.

What a delightful and stunning property my family had the pleasure to stay in for 7 nights. Including with my 86yo mum. We all experienced comfort, space & even a welcome pack from our Host Mel. We enjoyed regular outdoor dining, with air conditioned comfort to retire to on the inside. A lovely pool for cooling off in warmer weather, the property has everything!. Located conveniently in the quiet suburb of Strathdickie between Proserpine and Airlie Beach, there are easy drives to Hideaway Bay, Woodwark & Conway beach. Our hosts were easily contactable for any questions we had, and without delay. Great spot for families who love a bit of the quiet life in Country surrounds.

Had an absolutely AMAZING time staying for just over a week during my 40th Birthday in September. The property is very well appointed and the outlook is magnificent. The host, Melanie, made our stay very comfortable and we will be sure to stay again the next time we are visiting the Airlie Beach area. Highly Recommended.

Expect the best , because this is what you receive staying here. Flawless check in, excellent communication, stunning location and luxuriously appointed home with all the bells and whistles. My husband and I spent a very cosy 3 nights here feeling very relaxed with everything we needed at our fingertips. The kitchen had every appliance you could need and was well equipped with quality utensils for cooking. The bed was like a cloud and the oversized lounge was perfect for watching movies on the many offerings through Stan,Foxtel and Netflix. The outdoor area has a stunning wet edge pool perfectly positioned to take in the abundant bird species continually using the large dam across the road . This is also premium viewing for sunsets whilst kicking back on a sunlounge having a drink whilst you cook on the Weber! The location is calm and quiet yet still a hop skip and jump away by car from the action of Airlie. I would highly recommend this property as a perfect location to decompress, slow down and feel the serenity in luxury. Robyn, Noosa Heads.

Great country escape that’s just 10 mins from town. Lovely pool and beautiful aspect to the dam. Huge fire pit that makes you feel like you are camping. Really well stocked kitchen and Webber q on the terrace.

Comfortable modern, large in door and out door areas scenic views of cane fields only 14 klm out of Airlie central, maintained and well kept ideal for large families 5 bedrooms so many areas you can escape from your kids.

What an amazing place to have a long overdue catchup with our family from overseas and intersate. 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Sunset Retreat had everything we needed to spend a relaxing week together. It has a great kitchen and well stocked basics pantry, and many supplies to get you started. The kids were over the moon with the bunk room and toys. We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor living areas. And the bedrooms were all really comfortable. It just felt like home. Access was very easy, close to everything if you needed to shop or venture out. We enjoyed staying in and relaxing in a very comfy house, pool and surrounds. Mel was very helpful and responded immediately if we had any issues. We all left feeling very refreshed and relaxed, and keen to do it again. Thanks so much from all our family.
