There is a woman who works on mornings sometimes that is great.2 years not a complaint from me.Fuel price is on average pretty good

I asked operator for $10 Optus credit he gave me Telstra. Never had Telstra phone in my life. Realised this walked back in waited in line got to counter told him he gave me wrong credit. The operator asked me to step to side n wait , I said y this is Ur mistake . He screamed at me and kicked me out shop. Never gave me the credit or my money back.Rang 7/11 Australia and awaiting response after 3days. This is highway robbery and hope this man gets correct punishment for ripping off the community

The 3 stores Wyong, Waldalba and Lake Haven the Coffee has no flavour there is never any Pies to buy as a Taxi driver we end up going to Caltex for better coffee and pies.

Grabbed a coffee with my husband on our way to Sydney on New Year’s Day. I took my lid off to enjoy the foam at the end of my cappuccino and was horrified to find a fly. I called the customer service line, sent photos and have not had a response since the offer of 5 coffees on the day. I went back into store today to show the attendant (who called me sweetie first twice, which is disgusting) who then said that would have never happened in their machine. Absolutely appalling. I did not plant the bug and am revolted to think they would even suggest this.

Guy that does the mornings is never at the counter. Constantly waiting to buy my coffee. This morning no open doors operator no where to be seen. Ended up leaving. This is a constant thing for this foreign worker around 5-530am. Won't be back. Will go to a competitor where I won't have to wait to buy a coffee because the counter is unattended.

Extremely rude. Cars were lined up out the driveway. As is the polite custom, once I was finished at the bowser I pulled forward ito a parking spot in the front of the shop so someone else could move forward. I was rudely told not to move before paying next time. When I expressed that I was simply trying to help remove congestion in the driveway and no other servo had an issue with it or any other staff member for that matter, he informed me that he was the owner. I said that’s fine I simply won’t be back. His reply: please don’t. So feel free to not use this servo!!!
