Highly recommended. Ryan was a real pleasure to deal with. He was able to give us a quote over the phone with a picture we sent him. Then turned up on-time to the job and as promised. Did not need chasing for a time to turn up to the job. Waste no time. Arrived and hit the ground running fixing our garage door. Finished and let us inspect the job. Tweak a few more things. The spring on our tilt garage door was broken. We called Ryan yesterday at 6pm and he came today at 2pm with the spare part to fix it. He was thorough with his work and his rate was reasonable. Very happy.

Ryan was punctual, thorough and explained my repair options very clearly. The double garage door was 22 years old and metal fatigue caused one of the springs to break. I decided to replace the drive mechanism as well, given that it was also an accident waiting to happen. Ryan gave me sensible and balanced cost benefits of my options.I was very impressed how quickly, but carefully, he did the replacement work. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend his work without reservation.

Really great customer service. Ryan came within four hours to repair our garage door that was not opening. It was in a bit of a mess but he knew what he what was doing and fixed it with no fuss. Also competitively priced. Highly recommend.

Ryan was impressive with his experience, efficiency, knowledge and high quality of work that he demonstrated to install a Merlin garage door opener for my parents on short notice. His interactions and engagements with us were very professional and he showed an exceptional degree of care and attention to detail to resolve the ballooning issue with the garage door before automating it. Ryan responded promptly to a late night query on his website when a B&D garage door had broken leaving our car locked in. He attempted to fix the broken door which was at least 11 years old before correctly diagnosing the motor was source of the problem. Ryan delivered and installed the new motor at the first time slot we had available and arrived on the dot. Honest, reliable, cost-effective and highly skilled - so can highly recommend. If only everyone was like Ryan!!

I just moved to a new house with a broken/very poorly maintained garage door. I called Ryan on Tuesday and said I was moving in on Wednesday. He was here on Thursday at the time he promised and got straight into the repair.Great to deal with - no nonsense, no messing you around. Very professional and I am very happy with the service.
