I had Sally and Jeremy as my property management team when I was renting in Bulimba. By far, Junction Agents and in particular Sally and Jeremy, have been the best to deal with. Never did I have a question or concern go unanswered and every issue that ever popped up was dealt with quickly. Even when our rental agreement was coming to renewal mid-last year, the team were proactive in checking to see if we wished to move into the other townhouse our landlord owned due to it having a yard for our dog. This sort of thoughtfulness and consideration for the tenants is very rare as a renter. Thank you team Junction for all your help!

Nick and Jeremy did an outstanding job with the sale, they provided good guidance with the price range and then nailed the result in a good time frame, even with a market facing higher interest.I'll note that another agent was quoting $50k to $70k less for the sale price than Junction, hence you should make sure you talk to Nick and Jeremy before you decide who to sell with.We couldn't be happier with the Service from Junction Real Estate, many thanks again Nick and Jeremy.

Excellent service throughout the transaction. Nick was on the ball with his estimate of current market value, kept me updated consistently through the marketing phase and gave appropriate (not pushy) advice when we got to the offers. Handed over to the solicitors smoothly and Jeremy was helpful in sourcing quotes for minor repairs needed, convincing the Buyer to net off costs against settlement amount rather than delay the settlement.Overall, HIGHLY recommend Junction as my real estate broker of choice in Brisbane.

what a bizarre rental experience, when i first wrote this review it was 5 stars because Jeremy is a very likeable, lovely person and I would recommend him in a heartbeat however things have drastically changed since the ending of the lease, it has been an absolute circus. Im sure this is not the case when Jeremy is actually doing his job and managing the property properly but in this case, Jeremy struck a deal with the owner so he only helps to find the tenant and the owner manages the property, this is where all the problems began. It would be a novel to list all the red flags during our tenancy. To any prospective tenants going through Junction, PLEASE double check and confirm who you will be dealing with throughout the entirety of the lease, if it is Junction 100% then you're in good hands however if they say the owner manages the property then RUN!!!! Jeremy, I feel terrible for writing this because you are a wonderful person but if you were 100% managing the property and being properly paid your regular fees & and actually respected by this owner then we wouldn't be here.

If it wasn't for JEA, I wouldn't be a homeowner today. Jeremy and Nick helped me secure my first home while providing great advice and recommendations. The team was great to deal with, very supportive and thorough with their communication throughout the whole process. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Jeremy and his team at Junction Estate Agents. Received the highest price ever for a 2 bedroom townhouse in Newmarket. I'll definitely use this agency again as they achieved an excellent outcome for me.

When we were moving interstate and listing our property for rent we initially appointed a Real Estate agent that had a solid profile in our area. We thought going with a known company that would give us a good result in securing tenants in our property. Shortly into the exclusive agreement with the former agent I knew we had made a mistake. Fortunately for us, a colleague provided Jeremy's details and I immediately contacted him. Right from the get go the difference between Junction Real Estate and the other company was strongly evident. Jeremy was interested in our property and importantly wanted to offer us a quality service. Jeremy had a suitable tenant for our property after the first open house. The previous agent had our property for a month and we did not have any interest in the property. I don't know about real estate, but I do know about service. From my initial conversation with Jeremy I knew we would be in the right hands and he has made every aspect of the process easy. I feel we have left our investment in the best possible hands, I highly recommend the team at Junction Estate Agents for all real estate needs. Jeremy still owes me money from my paid work trail in April 2022. I’ve contacted him many times and he even sent me an email asking for my bank details however no money has gone into my account. I wonder why i still haven't been paid? Is his business going so bad that he is unable to pay me? Or has he bought one to many rent rolls. Im disappointed that i using this platform to get get Jeremy's attention. In conclusion, i would not recommend Jeremy, Junction Real Agents or the agents attached to this business. Next step is QCAT - I want be paid for the hours i worked in your office
