I like the Keyy product but I have an unusual problem setting Keyy on my second site. Ankur set up a zoom link and walked me through the steps. Ankur was very professional and patient. Very good support. I am a happy camper.

Having found that my Wordpress site had been hacked, I researched a solution. Keyy Premium seemed perfect. It’s easy to install and configure. However, I upgraded my iPhone last year, not having remembered I would need to import that little bit of Keyy access coding I’d exported to somewhere ‘safe’ on my computer a few years before. Thus, access to my website was consistently denied because I hadn’t checked the dual access setting in the Wordpress plug-in. Support from Ankur was superb. He was patient, helpful and kept in touch regularly to make sure I had tried one possible solution, successfully, then offered an alternative when that didn’t work. He even suggested a Zoom call which I didn’t need ultimately. Very impressive software and support - especially as I found that my subscription had expired a few months prior.

Sticking for quite a while now with a Nexist plugin and they constantly improve service and product. Also support is super, quick and professional.

I experienced for the first time a problem with the app not allowing me to log into all my websites. Ankur responded to my query within a very short time and eventually we needed to conduct a zoom meeting for him to test my site. He had to reset my account and I had to reset my app. And wah-la, I could log into my account! Very pleased with the support that I received. 5-stars/thumbs-up!

Keyy is an awsome website protection plugin. I also really appreciate Ankur fast response for my trouble.
