I have never get this worst customer engagement in my life.Owner couple don't care customer engagement.- No notification to customer before payment.- Poor reception area(frequently not working Etfos)- Not able to use REWARD APP.I stronly suggest you find another store such as Camp hill or somewhere else...Not here..

Today I went to store and requested for a praline and cream thick shake. I asked to keep it thick and not watery. The store said that their blender will not work it if it puts more ice cream and declined to take my order.I have been this store numerous times and bought shakes but its a shame to say no to customer because you need add little extra ice cream and sending a regular customer without serving

These people know what they’re doing. Firstly I received lovely friendly service here and the man who served me scooped my ice cream correctly. Usually when I go here the ice cream spills over the sides or they don’t put enough topping on and they just don’t know why they’re doing. But this is the first time I’ve been able to comfortably enjoy an ice cream with perfect ratios and no spillage. Keep up the good work.

A little on the pricey side, however, the Jamoca flavor is just too good to give up.I go so often the owners knows what to get me when I enter the store :)
