Action Plus Physiotherapy

Simone is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of Physiotherapy, including dance injuries. She’s attentive, friendly and always gets to the root of the problem. She’s helped myself with older age injuries and my daughter with ballet injuries. I highly recommend her.

I've been coming to Action Plus for 2 years, and now that we've moved out of Lane Cove, I keep coming for treatment with Simone. She's got amazing hands and a special talent with the needles. After every visit my neck and upper/lower back feel so much looser, and pain goes almost immediately. It's not easy to find good physios that will include needles as part of their regular treatment (if that's what you're after). 100% recommended

I cannot recommend Simone highly enough! I have seen many physios in the past for neck and back issues and none have been as effective or given me long lasting results and advice. Simone is pure magic, hands on and provides an excellent service. I wish I found her 10 years ago!

I finally decided to visit a physio for my elbow that has been healing very slowly from an impact injury. I called around and chose Action Plus Physio because the prices were the best in the Lane cove area. I got assigned to Valeria who is extremely professional and she knew exactly how to proceed with my injury. Within two sessions I am already feeling much better and I cannot thank her enough! After our first consultation she was able to feel inflammation in the elbow and was able to use her equipment (especially the ultrasound machine) to ease some of the inflammation. She has been showing me new strengthening exercises every week and I'm excited to finally get rid of my prolonged nagging pain. Everyone who is on the Action Plus Physiotherapy team seem extremely professional and kind. I would highly recommend!-Brian

I have a spinal disc injury and Simone has been extremely helpful in my recovery. She is very knowledgeable, does great relieving massages and highly skilled in dry needling. Highly recommend!

Had lower back pains and Simone sorted me out with some lower back stretches and she managed to start to release it upon first visit. Second or third visit we discussed needling and can vouch for it 100%. It managed to completely release the tight muscles and gave me improved flexibility. Highly recommend!
