The staff are all nice and cordial, but the reports for CT scans in particular are not good enough.I've had many scans in the past and also work in healthcare myself and I have found their reports to be too vague and lacking detail, especially for the seriousness of my particular condition.

I had an ultrasound appointment in the Highett Lumus Imaging and I was treated politely and respectfully. My appointment was on time, Jude who performed the procedure was lovely and made me feel taken care of. She was professional and even though the procedure in the pelvis area can feel uncomfortable, she was careful and talked me all the way through. The ladies at the reception were very nice as well. Thank you.

Beyond deplorable, their message system leaves you on hold for nearly 2 hours I have to have an xray so , for me a 9 min trip so I go and have a look yes they are closed , secondly their xray is out of order ..easy fix peeps say WE ARE CLOSED SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE as a message..customer service NOT!

Friendly service, no appointment required and I didn't wait too long for my name to be called - the radiologist was thorough and efficient.Call out to Catherine at the front desk who is professional and very helpful.Will continue to have my scans done here, thank you.

In spite of the negative comments from other reviewers - I had no complaints. Staff (including reception) were pleasant and efficient. I had a referral from my GP and was bulk billed with no questions. Had to wait a little (they were already running late at 8am) but nothing too excessive. My first time there - I'd go back - perhaps there has been a change in personal (for the better) in recent months?

Barbara the receptionist goes above and beyond in her role and throughout this busy time during the pandemic shows compassion and empathy and not just booking appointments but explaining the process and multitasking and her customer service skills are exceptional. Thank you also to Jane the sonographer who also has great customer service skills and made me feel comfortable throughout my stressful process. Great work Team. You all need a pay rise in all you do.

I had a have an CT scan today - I tried 3 alumnus locations. Highett team were wonderful Catherine at Reception and Kirra for the procedure we’re both professional friendly and supportive- thanks I appreciate the care I received today.

Had appointment for a scan and X-ray last week. I arrived early and was taken in for the scan on time. Receptionist and lady who did the scan were lovely. When scan was finished I was told that the X-ray man was not back from lunch yet but he should only be ten minutes. 40 minutes later still waiting. He eventually turned up with no apology or explanation. He even kept me waiting another 5 minutes or more once he got back from lunch. I was waiting in the change room which did not have proper seating and with my back problems it was a very uncomfortable wait. Not impressed.
