No response from numerous sent emails regarding a warranty claim on a spare part. Spoke and emailed Rafie who referred me to Dwayne who has not come back to me, sent Rafie another email, no response? Rang Paul and left a message, no response???This has been a terrible experience.Everyone keeps pushing me to another department with no one taking responsibility,

The Fiat service department at Peter Warren is an absolute joke. I booked an appointment for an inspection as my car had issues and it was unsafe to drive, two days after I called to check what the problem was. I have been told by the rude and unprofessional manager Paul that they could not locate the problem (it had some oil leaks from the gearbox, that even myself with zero knowledge about cars, with a simple google research, could have found the problem) and that he would call me once they knew what was going on.At my request to have a loan car as I had to get to work, he rudely replied that he does not have any loan cars, at least until mid 2021. What a place, what a manager! Waste of time and money as I had to call a tow truck twice. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

Booked service online but since they haven't call me back to confirm, my service booking was invalid. However, manager did a great job to fit me into the same day schedule. Kudo to manager whom provided excellent customer service. But not sure about the quality of the actual service as the bonnet wasn't even closed properly after service.Update 2023-01-04 - I have decided to give that one more chance. But sadly... I went in for service, air-conditioning stopped working when I pick up the car. And now they want to charge me $350 for a diagnosis fee. I gave them a second chance as last year's service they even forgot to properly close the bonnet. Ridiculous.Update:It turns out, whoever in Peter Warran replaced the fuel filter and damaged the nut and not tighten properly. At a result, fuel was leaking crazy when I refill my car to full tank. Thank you very much Peter Warran!!! Btw, your customer service department never come back to me re my complaint. Great work!!!Went in for service, air-conditioning stopped working when I pick up the car. And now they want to charge me $350 for a diagnosis fee. Ridiculous.Update 2023-03-06:Fiat service manager Joseph insisted that there is not record in which they have serviced any fuel component during last visit. Guess what? Upon re-checking my invoice (yes, i keep the hard copy of the invoice!!!) there were 2 items 1) Inspected fuel lines, hoses and connections, and 2) Replaced fuel filter. So are you saying 1) Peter Warran charged me items in which you have not performed service on? or 2) You did inspected those components and prehaps damaged in due course? Btw, Joseph, I called you back immediately and went to voice mail. I left a message in which just gone in slience. And stop telling the all these problems were co-incidence and you saw it before!!! I now have to spend an additional $1000+ dollars to have my car fix from these problems on top of the $1100 service performed by Peter Warran. To be very honest, I think a refund on my last service would be a good gesture on your (company) part.

Not happy at all with the service...it’s like the salesman is being put out by my wanting to buy a car. Do yourself a favour and try other dealers if you want to buy an Abarth 124. I certainly will! Sad as this is my local dealer. Felt like I was an annoyance instead of a buyer.

I had my van serviced for the first time here 3 months ago, even though it was not due for it. I was told by the staff it would cost $900 because I bought the van from here, so I was happy to pay for it.When I got my van back, I received the invoice and inspections were listed, fuel top up, brake fluid top up, etc. After 2 months of driving, the Blake fluid warning lights popped up and said it was low. And then a week later, the engine warning popped up saying that the oil needed to be changed. I thought it was okay to drive as I believed that the service centre had already fixed all of these things.A week later, the stop start function warning signal was on and I couldn’t drive the van. So I asked the Fiat roadside assistance to tow my van back to the Peter Warren Fiat dealer where I bought it. But, I was told they couldn’t service my van for another 12 weeks because they were fully booked. I had to look for another service centre and get the van towed to a different mechanic. The mechanic told me that it looked like the van hadn’t been serviced at all, and there was only 30% of the disc pad left.I am very disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend anyone come here to get their car serviced. One of the staff here named Paul was also not friendly at all.

Terrible customer service not just from Peter Warren but fiat themselves. 1 van broke down, I called peter warren to let them know and ask what i should do, they instructed me to call road side assist, road side assist wanted to send the vehicle elsewhere I agreed to pay extra to have it towed to peter warren, when i called back to let peter Warren know the van would be towed to them I spoke to the same guy and he told me “sure but we won’t touch it for a few weeks, it’s just going to sit here.” Thanks guys, could have at least said you would scan the error code in case it’s nothing terminal. They had been charging me and completing “logbook” services but actually completing the wrong service schedule as a result they had not changed the clutch fluid which resulted basically in the gearbox no longer selecting gears or functioning. The van was off the road for a few weeks at different shop who were excellent to deal with even though I wasn’t a customer of theirs. I took 2 of my vans to peter warren and both had unchanged clutch fluid despite the logbook servicing I had done there stating this needs to be changed. Fiat customer service wanted nothing to do with my concerns. Before booking the vehicles in I asked for the correct 48k/96k (logbooks stamped at 48k/96k) services to be completed, the booking confirmation states this too, what was performed as per my invoices were basic 40k services yet attracted the ridiculous cost of $800-$1k for an oil change. For reference for anyone else considering a fiat ducato, Vans are both 2018 models, autos. 1 with 100ks the van with the broken gearbox had 120k.
