Cody was more than happy to diagnose the symptoms of my Kawasaki Ninja 300 2014 model after a long trip 4,000km from Perth WA.Cody rolled into the workshop and jacked it up. After a quick 10min analysis while I watched, he showed me the chain was very worn (31,000kms) and had a tight spot that was causing the warping grinding noise which I initially sounded like worn front wheel bearings (I only been riding for year). He also diagnosed the steering bearings are slightly worn and the front brake lever is too soft. We proceeded with him giving me an exact quote on changing new sprockets and chain, which I vetted parts and cost with my bike service guy in Perth. Bike scheduled for 3:30pm for an hour to do chain and sprocket change.Got a missed call Tuesday afternoon 4:00pm so returned the call Wednesday morning. Parts were a day late from supplier and rescheduled for Thursday 3:30pm.Thursday came. I rode to the 3 Sisters in the Blue Mountains (epic ride) and I realised was going to be an hour late to hand on my bike, so I called 2pm to let them know. The same staff member that greeted me was super polite and accommodating. That's fine! Bring it in at 4:30pm and we'll get done then." (Along those lines). Could basically feel his smile on the other end of my phone.Got to their 49 May Street premises at 4:20pm. I apologised for being late and Cody was cool about it. I was hugely impressed by the quality of work and service provided by Cody and Mitch. There were a number of issues with my new bike. The guys uncovered a serious oil leak that had been masked to sell the bike, electrical issues, legal safety features removed, to name a few. I really appreciated the time they took to explain and show me what had gone wrong and why. They prioritised one of the jobs to ensure my bike would pass spec for me to get my Ps. This review is very long overdue. I've been going to these guys for almost 4 years now, over three different bikes and despite living in different parts of the city. One of the first special experiences that they might not remember but I do, is I took my bike in and asked them to fit these fake Amazon frame sliders on. Now they could have just slapped them on and charged me whatever, but they let me know that because these fake sliders bolted to the radiator and not the frame that if I actually dropped the bike they would simply rip the rad off and actually damage the bike more than not having them. I appreciated that they were looking out for me rather than an easy dollar. Or another time I had the rotors replaced so they naturally looked at the brake pads - they could have just said yeah might as well change them out too but they told me they still had life in them and I could wait. In every other interaction (Cody, Mitch, Greg - the whole team) have been nothing but honest and straight-up with me. When my bikes have had issues they always try to find the lowest-cost option first and let me know at each step as to how it's looking cost and time-wise to get the bike in top shape, even letting me know exactly the line between you really need to have this done for safety" and "you could have this done but it's not necessary". Best motorcycle workshop in the town. They were very very helpful, so kind. They helped me out when I was in real hurry. Do definitely check out this place. I am surely visiting again.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I’m a young woman and I’ve been spoken down to so many times by mechanics who’ve tried to upsell me and treat me like I’m stupid. Mitch and his team are absolutely amazing, so kind and so thorough with their work for a really fair price. They’ve fixed my scooter a few times and every time if I’ve had questions they have been sure to explain exactly what they’re doing and why it’s necessary. Cannot recommend them enough!

Pretty disappointed when I got a quoted about getting my forks done, which was a good price, I knew what was involved becuase i mainten my own bike for the last 5 years but when I said I wanted a pink slip as well, they went to town on my bike and saying they can't pass it unless I spend thousands of dollars on blinker relays, oil change, brake pads etc. I would not be going back there again!
