I have shopped here 3 times now, and each time, although assisted by different staff members, each time has been beyond my expectations. I had to make a large purchase last visit ( greater than 5K) and I went to every bedding shop on the Central Coast, before heading to OMF. There was no hesitation in making a buying decision. They are the best on the Coast.

I purchased a new mattress for my father from this store recently. Amy and Sharlene helped me pick the right mattress for my dad. Both gave me great recommendations and were easy to talk to and lovely ladies, who we had a nice chat with while choosing this.Based on the product (my dad loves his new mattress) and the ladies who helped us I have recommended this store and given these ladies names to my friends who are looking for a new mattress. Plus when it is time to upgrade my households mattresses this will be my first and last stop to buy them.

The staff and the lovely Kimberley at omf West gosford couldn't do enough to help me with replacing my mattress they were so helpful nothing was a problem ,the guys who delivered my mattress were also friendly and very polite great job to all at omf West gosford I'll highly recommend your store to family&friends⭐

When purchasing my mattress at the west Gosford store, I was greeted by a lovely lady named Amy, from start to finish she was absolutely outstanding! Very helpful, had a lot of knowledge and helped me and my husband pick out the most suitable mattress. It was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had, my husband as well. We will be recommending this store to all of our family and friends and telling them to ask for Amy! She was just amazing! A+ for customer service!
