Andy's was super easy to hire from. It was quick, very well priced and the vehicle we got was great. Near new condition, clean, efficient and really nice to drive. The hand back was even easier. Staff at both locations (Airport & Loganholme) were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone we know looking to hire a car.

Red flags all round. Terrible & Rude Customer Service - Instant turn off - Little faith in the company.Upon calling the team in a polite and respectful manner, I was instantly given the impression that the two staff members I spoke to couldn't be bothered. They came across as abrupt, impatient, dull and unfriendly.I felt the information they were telling me regarding insurance, bond and excess millage fees wasn't clear and varied between the two staff members. I also couldn't find the same info on their website.All of this was a massive red flag. I felt unsettled and filled with trepidation.Upon reading the reviews, every second review is a 1 star for similar reasons.The negatives do not out way the positives and it did not seem worth the risk or hassle.Huge no from us - go to the other major rental companies - they're the same price (if not cheaper) with 100% better customer service.

Great, easy service and pickup process. Rented a Mustang for my wife's 40th birthday. Staff were accommodating when we had to change the date. She had a great time when we rented the car for the day. Would recommend Andy's Auto Rentals.

Overall our experience was positive. The customer service staff were helpful and speedy. The car was clean and in good condition. The shuttle bus driver who dropped us at the airport on Sunday morning was very friendly and polite. However, the driver who picked us up on Thursday morning was very rude. Overall great service other than that.

Would not have known what to do without the helpful staff at Andys Auto who were able to provide me swift service and immediate pick up of a car that included baby seats, absolute champions! 5 Star service! Friendly and accommodating staff, highly recommend!

Just rented a moving truck from Andys Auto Rentals at Loganholme, great experience from start to finish, the booking process was easy as was the pick up.Didn't have to wait around for long and i was on my way. Drop off was just as simple.Friendly and helpful staff at the branch, I have rented from here a number of times and Andy's would always be my first choice in the future.

It was quick and easy to hire a car with Andy’s and they supplied a late model Kia that was clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and professional and the Loganholme location is easy to get to from the highway.
