Fantastic service and on time customer service. Called around Ipswich area couldn't get someone to change a puncture asap. These guys did it asap no questions asked. Definitely be back guys thank you. Price was awesome spot on too. Much cheaper than the bigger companies.

I would recommend if anyone gets in a jam that they call Darren at lob Street Tyers as he is very helpful and friendly and fast service they are great priced as well and i can't recommend them any higer then this as they are such a good company thanks Darren for ur help over the last couple of day we greatly appreciate it

This is a fairly new business in Ipswich. Went in to have a wheel balance and rotation. They were great looked after me very well. Needed a new tyre shop and now I have one.

Went there 3 times for prices,never got back to me. Gave them another chance,fittedTyres and wheel aligned my bmw. Broke a wheel stud on refitting but said not his problem. Road trip and wheel tyre pressure sensors going off and upon checking had 49 psi in front and 42 in back. Overinflated.Went back to get some expensive tyres fitted to expensive rims and lucky I stayed as worker had no idea on how to fit and nearly ruined the wheels. Asked why I'm being aggressive.More peeved at how my wheels were being treated. Told owner I will go elsewhere. Went to tyrepower and job was done properly and no issues .Will not set foot back in this place. Use at own risk. No quality assurance. Hates being questioned

Called today 15/12/2021 @ 7.10 store opens at 7 am store still closed. I was told they would call me back with a Quote. It is now 8.15 am no call as yet, will not answer now, too late bad customer service. Late for work and no return call WOW. I have been in customer service all my working life and I would have been sacked for doing that to a customer. You must be doing well to ignore customers. Good luck
