Amazing service! Ordered a product this morning that’s the only one my dog isn’t allergic to and that I’ve been unable to source anywhere else for months. The lovely young delivery man swung past this afternoon, a few hours after I’d placed the order! Sensational! This is now my go-to for all pet products. Highly recommend!Darren was extremely kind my allowing me to purchase an extra bag of meals for mutts for my dogs, as it’s been out of stock for so long that I was desperate. His prices beat all of the big pet warehouses. And to top it off he told me he could deliver the next morning, (I was a little sceptical), and he did at no extra charge.

Was very happy to find the special diet dry food was available and even better, the price was great. I ordered 2 bags one, but made an error and put through the order twice. I contacted Darren the owner and he was extremely helpful. He said he would cancel the last order and refund the money. I received the funds back in my account, no issue, and the food was delivered the next morning. Service in all respects were excellent and I will definitely be using their website again. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a great price & service.

Disappointed so far, placed an order earlier this week and was just curious as to when I could expect delivery. Emailed them twice, no response and when calling the mobile number on the website rings out. All I am after is someone to touch base re my order, quick enough to take my payment but its been crickets ever since.
