Billie was incredible in making suggestions on how to alter my dress so that I would end up keeping it. She completely transformed the neckline in a way that I would not have been able to think up myself! I will definitely be back with those dresses that are hanging in the back of my closet bcause there's just something not quite right!

Got a quote to shorten normal size pants, they quoted me $40... which is $20 more expensive than any other clothing alterations place... including their other stores. Be wary

We had a fantastic experience with Looksmart, Billie achieved the near-impossible in lengthening the sleeves of my son's jacket for his school ball and altering his school blazer. We really appreciate her hard work and kindness and will be bringing all our alterations to Looksmart!

I came in today with traditional garments for myself and my children. We were helped by beautiful Billie who was so calm and gentle with all the of my kids. Her knowledge and knowing what would work better for the alterations is fantastic. I would recommend her to anyone, and would definitely come back to see her again.

I have given 5 stars and also given 10/10 to Billie, for the most amazing alteration of my beautiful green mother of groom" dress.I brought it on Thursday afternoon and received it back on Saturday lunchtime. It is considered a very quick service for tapering a three layer full length dress.Her skill is great and she handles the dress with really gentle care. She explained how she can alter my dress and answered all my questions.I can highly recommend her services."
