Residential Space has allowed us to realise our vision of a modern light filled home for our family. Sam and his team's attention to small design details was evident and reflected an approach to building a home that is an expression of the homeowner's desired aesthetics, while still ensuring it remained cost effective. Having Residential Space design and build the home allowed the build to truly reflect the design intention. We love aspects that make our home unique such as our sunny courtyard, large functional kitchen with dark and earthy tones, and a timber clad window seat that frames our Japanese maple view outside. We were very happy from the beginning to the end in every aspect. Sam and Anna were always on call to answer queries when needed. They both had amazing ideas on the design and also in choosing the fittings. Anna and Sam always sent through ideas and photos and as we had no clear picture they were a huge help. I know we had an interior designer but Anna helped with so many choices too. Everyone was just so lovely to deal with and our home is beautiful thanks to you all.

2 lockdowns, a prolonged start date due to external reasons and a very tricky and extensive refurbishment of a period apartment - I could not be happier with the results. Sam and his team were incredibly professional to deal with. We were really apprehensive about the whole process with plans, permits, inspections etc, but it was all handled so effortlessly. We were kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Not only is our extention and huge covered deck skillfully built, it looks incredible. Second project in with Residential Space and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good architect. Planning and permit process is usually very stressful and having someone guide you through it and advise you is great. You need to come with some ideas of what you want and be prepared to review the work and designs to get the best outcomes.

My family and I couldn’t be more happy to have Sam and his team lead our knockdown rebuild. We’ve needed a lot of hand holding throughout the process. The customer service has been unbelievably generous. We’ve moved into our new house and couldn’t be more happy. Highly recommend!
