The young female sales staff seem better than the seniors. Most sales staff are so aggressive sales tactics, while the younger women staff, seemed to have a more customer satisfaction based approach.

Worse customer service in the electrical/computer section.Lost a sale.Went to Office Works and bought the item $30 cheaper.

Good overall but not outstanding

TL:DR - Product is fine but communication/customer service is terrible!We purchased a couple of recliners from HN Lismore. At the time of purchase we were told it would take 8 weeks to arrive. After waiting 8 weeks we called to find out about delivery to be told that it would be 12 weeks before they arrived (note - we had to call them to find this out). So we waited another 4 weeks then called to get delivery details. We were told that it would be arriving the next day. Next day we called again and after multiple attempts to talk to the right person (we left messages for them to call us back - they never did) we were told that it would be another 2 weeks.After waiting another week, we finally got a call advising that the chairs had arrived and was ready to be delivered the next day. We asked that they call before coming out to deliver as my wife and I both had meetings and appointments throughout the day and couldn't guarantee being there. They agreed to call before delivery. So it was a surprise to have the courier turn up at my front door without any call before hand. Luckily he turned up at a time I was able to step away from work and accept the delivery.The chairs are fine so I can't complain about them, but their idea of customer service and communication is terrible.*Clarification - My wife has just advised that they tried to call her about delivery at a time that she was unavailable/in an appointment*

Got immediate attention and directed to Ayden, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Overall a great shopping experience.

Really nice and helpful staff. The female staff member was really patient and understanding. She didn't pressure me at all but really helpful in suggesting other brands and designs to find the right appliance for me.

Lovely sales guy helped us today. He was not pushy, happy to let us have a browse as we will be buying a lounge suite soon.
