One of my close friends got affected from their unprofessional behavior.We expect businesses to operate in good faith. Dumping building waste on neighboring lands is not going to help anyone.Saving few dollars from that kind of cheap behavior is not professional and acceptable.We hope you will make things right ASAP

My process with Bellriver has been a positive one. The people at the front end of the journey (sales, tender, selections etc) were all really great to deal with and were happy to answer any and all of our queries. The selections process was good fun and I strongly suggest going down this path as it gives you more control on the quality of the finishes of the final product. The building process got off to a slow / rocky start due to a change in site managers, however the manager who was with us for the majority of the build kept us up-to-date with progress on site and was easy to get in contact with to answer our queries. I've been living in the house for 6 months and everything is holding up very well. I was impressed with the quality of the kitchen cabinetry as well as the bathroom tiling. The painting had some minor defects however Bellriver have been great at responding to the defects I have raised, although it's been a bit of a slow process to get this 100% complete. Luckily all the issues were minor cosmetic issues here and there. If you're looking to build your first home, I'd happily recommend anyone to consider Bellriver. You can visit their display homes (Oran Park is a good one), however note that these homes are filled with all the bells and whistles and you'll need to spend more money to get this level of finish! I will confirm however that their entry product offers great value for money.

Excellent Quality build. Very happy with the tender and contract process, seamless and fast. Will be using them again for sure.

Build was managed well. We get an update once a week by our supervisor. Which is quite good as any design discrepancy can be picked up straight away. There are few communication issues within their team that resulted in design selection did not come accross, but mostly rectified as per the contract. My biggest regret is the scotia around the skirting board. This was never discussed in design appointment. By the time the floor was installed, the building supervisor said it was too late to change as this was never mentioned in the contract despite the design consultant failed to discuss this with us.Overall workmanship is quite good with only few cosmetic issues. Paint job in front door was terrible. They having difficulties in finding good painter. Front door paint get redone but still not great. Few spots missing on wall and completely forgotten the side of vanity and inside the built in cupboard. Other than that sliding door did not closed in properly. Still awaiting for these issues to be rectified.During my build Bellriver have fixed contract rate. Building preparation cost and extras was discussed upfront and transparent. No extra cost or deviation from the agreed contract price once building start. Cannot say if this is still the same now since the cost of building material goes up.

Bell River built us a beautiful new home that came standard with all the modern features that many other builders class as extras. They were very helpful in the consultation process and were very accommodating in our design needs, nothing was too hard.Our site manager Syd was very helpful and was a pleasure to deal with.We highly recommend Bell River Homes

We Signed up in April 2020 and by the time we got through all our selections and consults, COVID hit. Well, this was a new experience for everyone, including the builders.Well needless to say this caused some very stressful delays and a few mistakes in the build and interpretations of the deign we had chosen, with everything going one the crew from bellriver were always on top of getting information out, projecting delay times which were pretty accurate. All the problems and dramas were always sorted in a timely manner, and I truly believe that most would have not occurred if it wasn't for Covid.Now we are in our house and have been in there for 6mths, we have settled in and so has the house, and we really can't fault anything apart from a few cosmetic issues which are in the process of getting sorted in a timely manner.Would we build again, YES we would.Would we build with Bellriver again - YES we would.Thanks bellriver team for getting us into our dream homeLiz - Your a legend, fantastic communicator with a heap of patienceBrett - Keep up the good work and always making things happen.Sarah - Thaks for helping during our selections process and your patience.

We looked at many display homes from other builders and met a great deal of sales people and we can honestly say that Bell River were by far the best we came across in regards to their attitude and knowledge of the trade. Add that to the high quality inclusions and range of homes that Bell River offer and the decision to build with them was actually quite easy. Bell River didn't use the typical and sometimes pushy sales techniques that other companies use. They simply informed us what was included and what was not included and let us make our own decision. Their high quality products and reputation speak for itself.Now that the house has been completed within the time frame expected we can say that Bell River have been fantastic and extremely helpful with all the information, advice and time they've given us.The Relationship Manager that was assigned to us was Liz and she was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns we had and was very prompt to give us answers and get results.The Building Supervisor and Quality Control person we had was Paul and he is very good at his job. He would contact us once a week to give us progress updates as well as ensuring the finished product was of the Bell River high standard and no short cuts or defects were accepted by him. His eye for detail and the pride he takes in his job made him a great asset to have overseeing the project.The final product we now have is stunning and we absolutely love our new house and look forward to spending many years in it. For that we're grateful and very happy to have engaged Bell River Homes.

We built our home with Bellriver and have been living here now for 4 months. It was our first experience building a home and Bellriver made our journey wonderful and smooth. There are no major defects so far apart from some cosmetic work which is in the process of getting fixed.Though there were some delays due to covid however Bellriver tried their best to deliver at the earliest. The house is built to high standard and well finished.A special call out for our site supervisor Brett Luckman for his outstanding work and support. He had been exceptional, very dedicated, honest and great in keeping us informed with all updates and any roadblocks.Also, great work and support from Liz Latham.Overall good quality, great service and outcome

My partner and I were a bit hesitant to build as we had heard many horror stories from friends about their building process. However, Bellriver made the entire process for us an absolute dream. We decided to choose Bellriver after seeing the many positive reviews online and we weren't disappointed. From the original layout, we decided to modify the kitchen and had no idea how to achieve what we wanted, but Bellriver were able to come up with a custom design to suit exactly what we asked for.During the entire build we were given weekly progress updates on what had been done and what to expect the following week. Our build ended up being completed ahead of schedule and the workmanship is absolutely fantastic!

This is our first build and Bellriver made the process easy and least stressful. They have a dedicated team of consultants that run through every corner of your home designs and give you tailored options on your vision and thinking. They are prompt with emails and will give a thorough response to all our queries to make sure we fully understand and align our vision to their designs and build process. We enjoyed the collaboration with their consultants at their Bella Vista office - they are very good at what they do, and they have a tonne of suggestions to help you make the best decisions without hurting your pocket! Despite the rising interest rates and the whole build process being an emotional rollercoaster, the team at Bellriver always ensured to work with us through constant discussions and check-ins. We look forward to seeing the end result of our build and turning our vision into a reality. Definitely looking forward to working with Bellriver again if the opportunity presents itself!
