I preface this review by saying the installation crew were fantastic, very friendly, professional and did a great job. That said, dealing with the company was extremely frustrating. After paying my deposit of over 8K and waiting 6 weeks with no communication I called them and they constantly promised I'll chase an ETA" or "I'll call you on Monday" a dozen times over MONTHS never followed through not once. After several months of chasing they finally gave a install date
