I have since been contacted by owner Bambi and because of this and her value of customer service I tried the products again and would recommend this business. Well done Bambi on your commitment to your customers and your business.Terribly rude manager who challenges customers and then mumbles under her breath as you walk away. Sad to see this done in front of her young impressionable staff. Over priced goods that dont have the quality to stack up to the price tag. Very disappointed. Wont be back as I know there are far better options in Coolum

I finally stopped in after having walked past plenty of times. I decided on a bbq smokey, pepper pie and a coffee. All 3 items were fantastic. The staff very friendly. We did have some till problems, but that was resolved quickly. Will have to go back to try their apple turnover as it looked fantastic.

Great friendly bakery, Good fresh variety at reasonable prices'. Comments- Based in good location, plenty parking. Always lots fresh items, hard to choose. Love the meat pies and sausage rolls, so tasty. Also can't go past yummy sweet slice, and fresh brewed coffee. Great family- based and well- maintained bakery. Would recommend for sure.

Don't know about award winning pies and sausage rolls... What we ate obviously isn't what is entered into a competition... The pastry was very thick and dry... Nice flavour fillings though... Didn't want to return it because I seriously didn't want another one... Friendly staff and those sauce bottles are on steroids. Flat white was more like a cappuccino with the amount of froth... Again nice tasting coffee but had to wait too long for it.... Don't think I'd visit again

I had a lovely coffee and BLAT and would highly recommend. I’ve been here lots over the years and watched the business transform. I love the atmosphere and good simple food. The team were so nice and polite - interacting with the regular customers. Definitely worth dropping in for a coffee and light meal.

Had a steak pie, coffee and bought some sourdought to take home. The pastry on the pie was very dry and I noticed a little burned. The coffee which was supposed to be a flat white had way too much froth, more than what a cappucino would have, it did taste alright though. Lastly the sourdough was stale and full of air holes in the middle, tasted ok but not worth it for the price tag. In conclusion the products I've purchased were too expensive and had poor quality, however the staff were pleasant which gives the extra star, otherwise 1 star for the food.

Whilst the coffee was very nice, there seems to be an issue with getting the orders filled. You could forgive the order with the incorrect milk arriving but this was compounded by totally forgetting to make two of the three breakfast meals. Wasn’t that complex - eggs on toast. Being three of the 4 customers at tables waiting, it wasn’t exactly bustling either. The staff were nice though and that’s why they get a couple of stars.

I walked into the bakery yesterday morning which I have been many times before and thought it was a friendly little bakery I’ve lived in coolum now since February. My experience yesterday was very disappointing. I did not have a mask on to cover my face, I was told I would not be served. I suffer from a medical condition which, due to privacy I do not wish or need to Disclose to a complete stranger. I informed the staff member of this she informed me she was instructed by her boss not to serve anyone without a mask, I informed her that what they are doing is against the privacy act and discrimination act of law Australia . I was embarrassed and disappointed I was treated like this as a customer and a member of the public. I will not be using their services again which, is disappointing.

My 8yo daughter and I ordered a cheese and bacon sausage roll, looking forward to morning tea together. The sausage roll had absolutely no bacon and no cheese but was very spicy for both of us. I complained to the dark skinned lady and she simply replied she'd taken it from the bottom. Clearly it was not cheese n bacon. Must have been curry. That's terrible service couldn't care less. Zero stars for food and service and we will never return or recommend. And maybe they should sack the woman who served us!!
